right here bro.....weighed in today at around 225, 5'11''. bodyfat ? not high tho
 
I'm at 250 lbs now. last summer I was 210-212 lbs.

I think I look better with a six pack at 220-225 lbs... than at 12 % at 250 lbs.

Bigger is not better.
 
255 right now.....6'0"........dropping to 210-215 for competitions.

that extra 40 pounds of weight sure makes a difference.
you considered cutting down to say 235 at 7-8%?

Hey Satch, I'm guessing 20 weeks or so........I'm starting a pre-pre-contest cycle to drop down to about 7 or 8% right now......I've bulked twice in a row so I've packed on some fat. Sitting around 17 or 18% now. I want to take it somewhat slow to preserve as much muscle as possible.....so I figure I'll go hard for 16 weeks......take a month or so off, and then do another 4 or 6 week cycle with just a couple compounds to cut the extra couple bf% before competitions.

chest was a full 49"
shoulders 56"

249 at about 16%....no pics. Will put some up after my cycle is over. Hoping to get to 260 after cycle. Started at 235lbs 3 and 1/2 weeks ago, got about 5 weeks to reach goal.

was almost 240lbs at under 5'9" before the contest diet, just under 215 now
 
Down to 253 from 275. Been doing lots of elipical machine and no beer, still got the strength though. 275 on bench for 10-12 reps.

6'1" -- I cut down from 245ish down to 220... and am back up 5lbs of clean size (maintaining my bf) and am at 225... slowly working my way up to 230... trying to keep my diet fucking spotless and plentiful... along with a ton of the Anabolic Store's R-ALA, some ALA, and Other fat burning products... it's really helping me out a lot.

Not to mention BL :)

Im 5'8" & 213lbs as of today, prolly 13% bf, I can see the top four abs, looking to be about 220-225 in 5-6 weeks;)
 
6'1" 230 right now. Was at 258 a few months ago. Did CKD with a cutting cycle to get down to 10-12 %.
 
I'm 6'2" and just a bit over 300lb. Don't Know my BF% but it's pretty high. I started out about 6-7 years ago a 185 at 8% BF and just kept bulking. Did one successful cutting cycle a few years in but felt I needed more mass before cutting again.
Bulked up to a quality 270 over the course of maybe half a dozen cycles. Then a little over a year ago I started my own business and my training and diet have gone to shit and all weight gain since then is pure fat.
Now I'm finally started to eat right again and in a month or so will hopefully start a cutting cycle with a goal of around 250lb in 4 months.

Well heck...

5'7' 165 lbs (11-12%) right now (was 178 before cutting)

I'm shooting for 185-195 by Decemeber.... i'll do whatever it takes :D
 
At about 219 right now, could hit 220 if I drank a big glass of water.


Though throughout the week I've hovered as low as 215, I'm getting really lean and interestingly enough, (though unsurprising) I look far better at 215 at say 7.5% (estimate) than I did at 230 at around 11-12%

I'm 5'11" 255 pounds. I need to lower my bf though. I still have big arms and chest but my gut is starting to piss me off.lol The woman are starting to make fun of it so it's time I did something about it, like more cardio. I fucking hate cardio.

To tell you the truth up untill lat week I was still eating 7000 cal a week! Its fuckin' horribl! 7000 clean calories is way to much food! I would rather be hungry. This is my first diet on HGH and it worked really good and I dropped really fast. (I started at 5.2% 8 weeks ago) I will diet 1 month less next time. I am down to 6000 cals now. I did have to work at staying under 6% for 2 years and now I never go over that no matter what. The two years sucked but now its great. I hope to wind up at 3.2% @ about 218# after I dry out.

Here is my current diet for those that wanna know:

Meal #1
3/4 cups cottage cheese
10 oz. 93% lean beef
3/4 cup oatmeal before cooking
2 TBS Cream

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 3 Scoops Ultra Size,1 scoop Muscle Provider, 1 scoop mass maker 3/8 cup whipping cream (1 oz.),

Meal #3
12 oz. Beef (before cooking)
8 oz. sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) or salad with 2 TBS. Low Cal Dressing

Meal #4
3 Scoops Ultra Size
1 scoop Muscle Provider
3/8 cup whipping cream
18 oz water

Meal #5
12 oz. 93% lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish and once or twice weekly sirloin steak
2 cups vegetables
1 TBS Flax Oil


On training days I add a drink 6 scoops Mass Maker and 2 scoops Muscle Provider Post Workout.

I also eat a total of 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

i'm not in this 'exclusive' club yet but shouldnt be more than another 6 weeks on the cycle i'm on.:D
 
Quad, I'm really surprised to see the dairy in your diet, my trainer Fyre cut the dairy out of my contest diet on day 1

So much depends on height in my opinion. If you are 200lbs at over 6'0 that isn't the same as being 5'6 at 200lbs. You know?
 
I feel like I am cheating because I am 6'2, but I am over 220. Maybe when I am 250 I will feel like a legitimate member of the club. I feel like Manute Bol right now. Tears.
 
I'm 5'10" hit 221 8th week of cycle, first time over 220. But I got fuckin sick last week and lost 7 lbs in 4 days. Damn it took 4 weeks and a lot of food to break 220, that shit pisses me of. I'm so pissed I eating everything I can get my hands on now.

Currently 272lb at 12%, last competed at 240lb although was very drawn, too much T3........ aiming for about 300lb by the end of this year to compete around 252 next May.... im also 6 2.

Thanks bro. Its not too bad, they look huge because my frame is so small, but overall they arent that big. Normally I have a 32 waist and my pants are a 36 relaxed fit, but they are starting to get a little tight

I'm 6'1 and 227 lbs right now. I'm in between cycles right now. This is the heaviest I've ever been. I have some pics from this time last year but I can't post them I can email them if someone will cut my head off them and post them.
