Today when I got to work (I ride my bike -- only 1/2mi.), I actually had a "pump" in my glutes and hams. That was the strangest feeling ever. Makes me super-psyched for today's workout. Almost done w/ week 2 (500mg sust/wk and 30mg dbol/day).
