I wanted to thank everyone for thier support and votes! Much more then I expected. It means alot to me and I will do my best to help keep the forums free of alot of the recent bullshit. I think banning should be a last resort, but sometimes necessary IMO when trolls and alters pop up just to ruin the board or someone is especially disrespectful to the members. Please feel free to PM me about any issues you may have or post up some suggestions here. Im here ALOT, so I look forward to helping to get this board back to where it was a few months ago. Its unfortunate alot of extremely knowledgable and humble members were lost in the midst of this shit storm, but theres still plenty of hope to get the board back. Would be nice to see PR's posted here again as well!

i feel you know as much as anyone really. Have worked really hard and seem like a nice guy. You have congrat me on many levels and really appreciate it,people need that to continue on. I recently got expelled for fighting so i don't really talk to too many people about my gains anymore and thats prolly why i'm here more. looking forward to your work on the Posts good luck.

I think you and CasualBB will do a great Job.
It is taking us a little longer than expected to Mod you since George is out of town, and I wanted to let him know about the new Mods before we activate them. I will give you guys a run thru of how things work once you have been Modded.

:D Im glad I can contribute something to a more then worthy cause. I want to see all of you reach your goals! No fucking joke. This place and the members have majorly grown on me. Still gets to me about the slobberknocker thing, but hopefully we can avoid members leaving or banning in the future. Though I am 100% for banning disrespectful, completely closed minded or members looking to ruin the board. I dont think any of us want that. From what Ive been reading atleast. ThanX again!!
 
ThanX guys!!!! Yes one of these days!! Im sure as soon as my back heals Ill be anxious to try them again! Cant wait to bench and deadlift again, and of course heavy arm work! Hope to be in decent shape by friday. My upper back soreness is barely noticeable now, Im hoping it heals enough so that it doesnt repull on friday! ThanX guys! Looking forward to doing some moderating!
 
yo Beast. You know you'll be a good mod. We are looking foward to it. What happened to tb? Did he quit posting over here? Hes probably busy with his own message board.

ThanX brother! I was wondering the same thing myself. Ive been in contact with him over at Trainordie.com. I know he had a shoulder injury for a while. Hopeully hell start posting here again soon!

well..congrats beast...good to see "trainordie" attitude is still be represented over here..i've been busy over on my board as of late.. promoted a few members there to admin to watch over the board while i'm not there sometimes. my shoulder is gettin better since i started NSAIDs and active recovery so i'm slowly itching back in to benchin again but takin a month off from full-range benchin to let my shoulder heal. i can't get around to all the boards but post where i can so i'll try to be around but like i said i'll most likely be seen over at my board if anyone wants to catch me there and beast's "infamous" log is there too!! tb

ThanX brother!!!!!!! Good to see you again!! Glad to hear your shoulder is getting better also. I hate injuries brother! Luckily I havent injured my shoulder yet. Still got to hit that 600 bench press and I still got to get back and hit 405 raw. Train or fuckin die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha Yes! Thats the hardest part! Cant wait to get back though. My drive has been getting stronger then ever. All these repressed feelings and NO outlet for 3 weeks. Seeing myself go to shit and weaken! I AM PREPARING TO FUCKING DEVASTATE THE IRON UPON MY RECOVERY. TRAIN OR FUCKIN DIE!!!!!!!!! ThanX again brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
