Yeah, next to the dead movie theater. There is nothing wrong with 24 Hour Fitness, it is clean and it has tons of machines and stuff. Then I go walk for an hour at White Rock Lake.

i initially used machines, i switched after about a month and REALLY noticed the difference (recruits stabilisers and greter ROM) either way i grew more.

i wouldnt use a machine now, my body's used to moving how it wants to. think thats all fracks tring to get across
