Another good week of ticking every box, weight has been hanging around this weight for a couple weeks now, put in a refeed day 2 days ago hoping to knock off some fatigue and keep pushing weight down. Overall feeling pretty good, sleep has been a little bit deprived within the last week but can’t complain otherwise.
Have dropped some carbs again on training day this week to probably finish out this cut in the coming week or 2
