Hello all new guy here so I'll get right to the point.

5' 10"

300 lbs (healthy) keep reading
Pear body shape (belly only normal lower)

Diet:
2200 calories
250g protein
75g carbs
Low fats

Health:
Recent doc visit clean bill of health
Normal CBC
No medications
Cleared for deep diving work

30min cardio daily
Weight training 6 days on 1 day off

Goal:
bulk up first loose fat later

Would like advice on a very first cycle. I was looking into
Testosterone Enathate 250mg 1ml

Is this a good choose and what else word you recommend with this. If this is not a good first choice then what would be better or the Safest.

I know I have a lot more resource to do just looking for some guidance.
 
Loose some pounds man. Your putting yourself in serious risk not cutting that weight first. Doubt you will get any help with some real stats... bf% years training etc etc..
 
Healthy yes I am over weight but have no problems other than weight. As for bf% is in known I have been training now for 6 months and have lost over 65lbs I do have a goal of 225 by next January.

I'm looking to add muscle mostly now

Congrats man! Takes dedication and a lot of hard work your should be very proud of yourself, keep at it!

That being said im sorry but I have to agree with the rest that I would put off AAS until you reach your 225 goal or at least get down under 20% bf.
 
plain and simple it is dangerous to cycle at a high bf%

save that cycle as a reward for when you reach your goal weight. honestly the weight you lost now is the hardest to do.. all you have to do now is maintain what youve been doing and ENJOY it! 65lbs is HUGE just keep at it.
 
Thanks for the responses everyone I will save my money and wait a while now after reading all this. Can someone point me in the right direction for natural ways to loose fat and gain muscle with out all the buy this or buy that adds?
 
Are you wanting to do hrt or a cycle. You said 250 mgs a week, how long will you do it? Did you get your natural test checked at doc? If so was it low? If your blood pressure and heart are good, and you have low t than hrt would be a good choice to help you reach your goals. I dont recommend running a bulk cycle at your weight and bf. The low dose of test will vastly improve your body composition if a good diet and training regimen are followed. Make sure you monitor health and get blood work done frequently. Leave all the other steroids alone until you get to a sub 15% bf.
