600/week. The doctor raised it to that, from 400/week (single shot) earlier this year. I should explain on that:
I have Aldosteronism, which for those not familiar, is a problem which affects how the body regulates hormones (you can say it's a cousin of diabetes, as it completely screws up insulin levels to start with). My Test level without replacement, was in the 120 range, and estrogen was through the roof (I forget the number). I could probably take 1000mg/week, and still test below 775.
I've had that problem since childhood, and it had good & bad points... Never had acne, never had to use deodorant, didn't have to shave (until about 30), and people say I still look in my 20s (and I"m double that). And my prostate is still smaller than a 12-year-old's, and doctor says I never will have to worry about those problems. However, the bad thing is, it caused me to always have a hard time building any bulk, and also the biggest annoyance is my water intake. I put down at least 10 liters/day, and pee every 20 minutes (literally; every 20 minutes). If I don't drink that much water, I get sick. They say it's my body trying to flush out and re-unbalance the hormones, or some kind of double-negative like that. Not to mention that my cholesterol (triglycerides total) are over 500, and can't be brought down. Fortunately, I have no artery problems, and in my case, they say it's "just a number", and isn't going to increase my heart attack risk since I eat an excellent diet.
