I'm looking for more info on the types of tests one might undergo in order to determine their unique nutritional needs. *I am a serious athlete and have been experimenting with a number of different supplements for well over 15 years. *Does anyone know if you can undergo lab tests to determine what supplements might be best for my unique chemical make-up? *I have to imagine this would be better than the one-size-fits-all approach typically used with supplements, right?
Does this sort of testing even exist? *If so, what sort of tests should i undergo -- blood, urine, dna? what can i expect in cost and how often do you need to do this? *I would also welcome any recommendations on labs or companies that do this sort of testing for athletes.*
