Test400 Denkall

I WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO THANK YOU GUY'S FOR GETTING BACK TO ME SO QUICKLY AND THE ADVISE IS GREATLY APPREICATED.

RESULTS AFTER 4 WEEKS

WELL I HAVE AN UPDATE ON MY FRIENDS PROGRESS AFTER 4 WEEKS OF USIN T400 JUST 1/2CC AND 1CC OF 200MG BROVEL TEST EVERY THREE DAYS.

1. I'M GLAD TO REPORT THAT MIXING THE TWO DOES CUT DOWN ON THE PAIN FACTOR.

2. STRENGHT AFTER 4 WEEKS LIFTING, JUST 3 DAYS A WEEK, ONE BODY PART PER WEEK. DEADLIFT WENT FROM 405LBS FOR 3 REPS TO 445 FOR 4 REPS. NO STRAPS. INCLINE BENCH WENT FORM 250 LBS FOR SIX REPS TO 275 FOR SIX REPS. SHOULDER PRESS WENT FROM 225 FOR SIX REPS TO 250 FOR SIX REPS. SQUATS WENT FROM 465 FOR SIX REPS TO 570 FOR SIX REPS AND THAT TO PARALLEL NO KNEE WRAPS OR BELT THAT WAS AMAZING.

3. I ALSO BUT HIM ON 20 GRAMS OF EAS CREATIN AND PROLAB L-GLUATAMINE FOUR THE 4 WEEKS AS WELL.

4. HE IS 5'5'' AND 1/2" TALL AND HIS BODY WEIGHT WENT FROM 184 AND NOW IS 191. HE LOOKS THICK BUT HAS A SMALL STOMACH HIS WIDTH HAS NOT CHANGED MUCH BUT MAYBE IT'S JUST GENTICS.

ALL AND ALL HE PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS HIS BF BY THE WAY IS STILL BELOW 10% BUT JUST BARELY.

I WILL KEEP TRACK OF HOW THINGS ARE GOING OVER THE NEXT 4 WEEKS.

I have had the flu like symptoms before. The first time I experienced it was after I ate a piece of cow ear with some fresh fina pellets in it, by accident of course. I also got it one time when I gave a shot after working out, no shower. I think that it is a combination of too much test all at once and sometimes dirt and bacteria. I am much more careful about cleanliness and I taper up even gradually at first so as to not shock my system too much. Mixing any sort of oil based will help to decrease the pain. Its the alcohol that makes it burn. I had that problem alot woth ttokkyo products. They were supposed to have fixed that problem but????
 
8 WEEK UPDATE!!!

AT THE END OF SIX WEEKS MY FRIEND HAS NOW SWITCHED TO DECA 300 MG 1CC EVERY 3RD DAY AND 1.5 CC OF T-400 EVERY 3RD DAY, BOTH MIXED TOGETHER.

HE IS STILL TAKING 4 ULTRAMET SHAKES A DAY MIXED WITH WATER AND ICE WITH 5 GRAMS CREATIN AND 5 GRAMS OF GLUTAMINE AND FLAX SEED OIL 2 TABLESPOONS ADDED IN.

HE ALSO IS USING 5 GRAMS OF CREATIN AND GLUTAMINE MIX WITH HONEY WRITE BEFORE WORKING OUT.

AND EATS TWO WHOLE FOOD MEALS A DAY USAUALY A LARGE BURGER WITH CHEESE AND FRIES WITH WATER FOR LUNCH AND A LATE DINNER WHAT EVER HIS WIFE DECIDES TO COOK PLUS A SNACK BEFORE BED.

1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY AS WELL.

ON SUNDAY HE JUST EATS ANY THING HE WANTS.

AT 5'5" HE NOW WAYS 196 OR 197 THATS KEEP CHANGING HE HAS GOTTEN EVEN BIGGER BUT HAS A STOMACH TO MACTH ALTHOUGH EVERY THING IS INCREASING IN PROPORTION.

HE IS NOW AT ABOUT 12 TO 11% BODY FAT.

FINALLY HAS GOTTEN HIS BICEPS TO 17".

HIS LIFTS ARE NOW AS FOLLOWS:
INCLINE BENCH 275 FOR 6 REPS UP FROM 245.

DEADLIFT STILL THE SAME 445, HATES STAPS AND USES NO CHALK CAN'T HOLD ONTO THE BAR.

AND HIS SQUAT KEEP GOING UP FROM 570 TO 630 FOR 6 REPS. NO BELT NO RAPS.

HE WILL STAY ON THIS FOR ANOTHER 5 WEEKS WHEN I'LL POST THE NEXT UPDATE.

HEY IF YOU GUYS CAN THINK OF ANY SERIOUS SUGGESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

PS. THIS GUY HAS GOOD GENTICS BUT NOT GREAT, SO EVEN THOUGH HE GET THICKER HE DOES NOT SEEM TO GET WIDER.

at 197lb he should seriously consider using knee wraps cause his knees will soon give and it will be nasty.....we will all see him on one of those shows that have sports bloopers when his knees blow out.

I WAS WONDERING WHY SERIOUS LIFTER WHO DO FULL CLEAN AND JERKS OR A SNATCH DO NOT USE WRAPS OR BELTS?

I'M NOT SAYING THIS IN A JOKING MANNER BUT WHATS THE REAL DEAL?

MY FRIEND IS JUST GOING HALF WAY DOWN. WHILE THESE GUY GO ASS TO THE FLOOR.
