HE IS STILL TAKING 4 ULTRAMET SHAKES A DAY MIXED WITH WATER AND ICE WITH 5 GRAMS CREATIN AND 5 GRAMS OF GLUTAMINE AND FLAX SEED OIL 2 TABLESPOONS ADDED IN.
HE ALSO IS USING 5 GRAMS OF CREATIN AND GLUTAMINE MIX WITH HONEY WRITE BEFORE WORKING OUT.
AND EATS TWO WHOLE FOOD MEALS A DAY USAUALY A LARGE BURGER WITH CHEESE AND FRIES WITH WATER FOR LUNCH AND A LATE DINNER WHAT EVER HIS WIFE DECIDES TO COOK PLUS A SNACK BEFORE BED.
1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY AS WELL.
ON SUNDAY HE JUST EATS ANY THING HE WANTS.
AT 5'5" HE NOW WAYS 196 OR 197 THATS KEEP CHANGING HE HAS GOTTEN EVEN BIGGER BUT HAS A STOMACH TO MACTH ALTHOUGH EVERY THING IS INCREASING IN PROPORTION.
HE IS NOW AT ABOUT 12 TO 11% BODY FAT.
FINALLY HAS GOTTEN HIS BICEPS TO 17".
HIS LIFTS ARE NOW AS FOLLOWS:
INCLINE BENCH 275 FOR 6 REPS UP FROM 245.
DEADLIFT STILL THE SAME 445, HATES STAPS AND USES NO CHALK CAN'T HOLD ONTO THE BAR.
AND HIS SQUAT KEEP GOING UP FROM 570 TO 630 FOR 6 REPS. NO BELT NO RAPS.
HE WILL STAY ON THIS FOR ANOTHER 5 WEEKS WHEN I'LL POST THE NEXT UPDATE.
