So, provided your diet and training are in check, I am assuming you are running 250 per ml so thats 500 per week.
You can do one of the following :
Week 1-12
Test 500 mg
Week 1-5
Dbol 50 mgs per day
Second choice

Deca 300 - 400 per week..
In addition to this I would run HCG at 500 per week and HCgenerate to keep your test levels up..
