So, provided your diet and training are in check, I am assuming you are running 250 per ml so thats 500 per week.

You can do one of the following :

Week 1-12
Test 500 mg
Week 1-5
Dbol 50 mgs per day

Second choice

Week 1-12
Test 500
Week 1-10
Deca 300 - 400 per week..

In addition to this I would run HCG at 500 per week and HCgenerate to keep your test levels up..

You need a good PCT(Post Cycle Therapy) plan in place to be able to keep the gains you will make off of your cycle. You can accomplish this by running the following compounds:

I wouldnt change it now either.. just eat more.. like a horse.

what is your diet like and how many cals are you taking in? start by taking in 25% more for the next month
