Test Suspension Injection Problem

Bros,

All the years of experimentation I've never used a water based supplement. This morning I tried for the first time test suspension, and what a surprise I got! I shook up the vial really well, withdrew, changed my 18 gauge pin for the 23 gauge pin, inserted and NOTHING! The powder got stuck in the pin. My immediate thought is to get some 21 gauge pins. Am I correct in my thinking? Or, can anyone else offer me a tip?
