Test stack

My pct will consist in clomid and nolva. I will finish my cycle becuase im already on it and i want to go through with it to the end, i will aly low for a while after that. I have been working out for 4 years now on and 0ff, i know my diet and my workouts. I have put in 20 pounds of muscle since i started, i was 160 pounds then, 5' 10. I have reached a point where i just cant put any more muscle, just fat from what it looks like. Every personal trainer either in the gym or online knows that you put more muscle on and then worry about losing the fat.

So why dont you go ask them then for advice? you came here and asked the people what they thought that have ran cycles already. and in most cases when you run a cycle you will put on a little bit of fat which helps with muscle growth, not start off fat and end up built with no fat. yes in a sense you do put the muscle first then you cut but to my understanding its only on a CYCLE that you start off with say 10% go to about 13% then increase cardio again to lean out. thats my opinion.
