What could i add to my current cycle to make it worth it? So far i have been taking test c 200mg for the past 4 weeks but not too much progress. Its my first cycle and that is why i wenr with a low dose. My problem is that i developed a bit of puffy nipples so im very prone to gyno.
I need something that will not aromatise, i would like some oral tabs. What would you guys recommend.

Im looking to put around 15-20 pounds of muscle and ill be more than happy if i keep 10-15.
I have 6 weeks left on my test cycle so i need something that i can take for that long or for 4 weeks. Thanks
 
200mg isn't enough Test unless you are taking it 2X a week and then you would get 400mg/wk and that would be fine. At 200/wk there is no way you will gain that much weight. Next time bump up your dose....you could even start now if you want but first you need to get the gyno under control.

Get some Nolvadex and that will help get rid of your gyno. You should also take some Aromasin for an AI while on cycle b/c this will prevent the extra Test from getting turning into Estrogen. A new product that just came out is called Forma-stanzol and it is an OTC transdermal product that will cover all of these areas for you. You can get it at MrSupps. If you order that it will be to your house within a few days.

If you want to run a steroid at the end of your cycle then Winny is good and may also help with your gyno...it's an oral.
 
Javi bump it up and take cgar's advise to heart. You don't need to add more stuff. I have done tons of research lately and that was great advise.
 
Thanks guys but Im kind of scared of bumping my dose. I dont want to end up with big o boobs or with 0 libido. Anyway you look at it i get side effects. If im getting this puffy nipples and ball shirnkage with 200mg, what will happen with 500mg?? According to my body type i need something that will low aromatization that can be controlled with some light arimidex, arimidex its not so hard on your sex drive. I guess im pretty sentitive or my testosterone was high already before starting the cycle but i think test c its not my friend. Do you guys know if Mr supps sells test?
 
you should of came here before starting your cycle, i really wish you young guys would take advantage of what the internet brings instead of listening to friends.

you have too much to learn FIRST

1. you are in bad shape 17% bf for a 24 year old is bad shape sorry.. get in shape first then think about steroids, no wonder you aren't seeing any results. you have too much fat covering up your muscle in the first place! I am 5 years older then you and was 7% bf when i ran my first cycle and yeah i saw results. not to mention i put on 20 pounds of muscle FIRST and busted my butt in the gym 5X per week and found out the best ways to workout and eat. you cannot find experience in a vial of oil!

2. you say you ran a low dose cause you dont want to lose libido.. it doesn't matter.. your HPTA will shut down with 200 or 500 or 1000. so you are gonna crash after your cycle regardless of how much you run. do you even have a PCT?

3. so many guys come on here and say they dont get results and then get mad when i tell them straight up if you aren't getting results WITHOUT steroids, then you wont get results WITH steroids. learn to train and eat FIRST before fKing up your HPTA permanently.

4. if you were prone to gyno you shouldn't run steroids at all unless you take proper precautions.. that means having AI's ON HAND.. dostinex, adex, aromasin.. you need to research FIRST which one is for you.

dont mean to be harsh with you but there has been a lot of this lately on here ('this' being guys taking steroids before learning the ABC's of steroids) and it gives all roid users a bad name.

want the honest truth on what to do? STOP steroids now.. run a PCT NOW. and then spend some time on here researching and do a cycle the correct way. I will be glad to help you if you want to learn how to lower your bf%..
 
That is just the anwer i wanted lol. Not really, I welcome criticism and i like someone that actually is trying to help me.

17 % is what my scale says, havent done it my me calipers, but i do have some definition throughtout my body, just have a little bit of belly fat. I am barely into my 4th week, i have 6 more shots to go and i have seen a bit of difference, my muscles are harder, anf i weight 6 more pounds than when i started, It can't all be water right?

I did read an research before starting, had a friend that is on TRT and i grabbed an extra bottle he had. He put on 20 ponds in 4 months doing the same dosage, eating like a horse and hew was even fatter than me.

If i up my dosage i will not have enought to go the rest of my cycle, unless i can grab something legit online. I do have pct ready (clomid;nolva). I should have had it in hand before starting, i know but thats in the past now. I want to finish my 6 weeks and see some results, if i pout 10 pounds on this 6 weeks i'll be more than happy. To lose some body fat, i need to put on some muscle first, you undestand that right?

fat and muscle are 2 separate things. you aren't turning fat into muscle or vice versa. dunno who came up with that theory but obviously they weren't bodybuilders.

you need to lose body fat first, then worry about putting on muscle. it is very difficult to put on muscle while burning fat.


you say your friend did it and it worked for him. you are the 2nd guy to come on here and say something like that in as many days. just because it worked for him doesn't mean it will work for you too.

the reality is you want to be told to stay on your cycle and you will start seeing gains and losing fat and turn into a chiseled beast. you do not want to hear the reality that if you weren't able to lose fat and gain muscle WITHOUT steroids, you damn well wont be able to WITH steroids.

I am telling you that until you build a base first you will fall well short of your goals. you should of gained those 6 pounds you are happy about WITHOUT steroids and taught yourself how to eat and workout.. the ABC's of bodybuilding, build a base.. then once you reach a plateau get on a cycle. that is the correct way to do it to avoid dissapointment and turn into yet another statistic of someone who tried steroids and got nowhere.

if you really really dedicate yourself to learning the ABC's of eating good, working out, and steroids you will look back in a year from now at this thread and say "jeez i know soooooooo much more now, cant believe how much knowledge i have and how my friends were wrong about steroids" and you will easily gain 15 pounds of muscle naturally, that isn't water weight and that will give you a strong base. and i promise you wont be making threads saying how you aren't getting anywhere on a cycle

trust me because a year ago i thought I knew about steroids, this site has taught me so much since then, now i can name them all and have a great idea of dosages, length of cycles, PCT, etc.. i had a good idea of how to eat, and i had a decent idea how to workout. since then I have perfected my diet to a tee, and my workouts are 70 minutes of intense work and i found a great way to workout efficiently that works for ME and that might not work for others. only way you can improve is through experience.

what will make it worth it is knowing that it takes 5-6 weeks for test-c to reach peak levels. Then upping your cals and training harder.. What does your pct look like my friend?
