so i'll start making the changes to my routine and diet this week. if i see some good natural gains in the next 6 weeks or so maybe i'll hold off a little longer before starting my cycle

2 quick questions..
if i split my routine and shorten my time between eating to add 1-2 extra meals a day and 1 more protein shake w banana... is 30-40mins of cardio 6days wk appropriate if i would like some decent lean muscle gains?
Very good question, but a question you're gonna need to answer thru trail & error....there's a fine line between too much & too little cardio, you have to find the right mix for you...I'm 37 so I need to do a little more cardio @ my age to stay lean....find a starting point; you can tweek it from there...
also, am i overtraining my abs @5days per week?
