i also dont understand nolva 8 weeks on cycle use for post cycle ( fyi it will NOT alter gains just so you know it is a serm not an AI) however i would keep some adex on hand just in case you need it everything else is fine eat a little more and a little less cardio if you believe your a hard gainer good luck bro

the consensus seems to be no nolva, so i think i will remove it and if i start to get acne i'll take some arimidex to combat

appreciate all the help guys. if anyone has any more suggestions please let me know. im pretty much an open book at this point. if not, then i'll report back here in a few months w my results. hopefully w the improved routine and diet i'll have some nice gains

so i'll start making the changes to my routine and diet this week. if i see some good natural gains in the next 6 weeks or so maybe i'll hold off a little longer before starting my cycle

Yes, Hold off for now...juice will be there AND be more effective when you do it right

2 quick questions..

if i split my routine and shorten my time between eating to add 1-2 extra meals a day and 1 more protein shake w banana... is 30-40mins of cardio 6days wk appropriate if i would like some decent lean muscle gains?

Very good question, but a question you're gonna need to answer thru trail & error....there's a fine line between too much & too little cardio, you have to find the right mix for you...I'm 37 so I need to do a little more cardio @ my age to stay lean....find a starting point; you can tweek it from there...

also, am i overtraining my abs @5days per week?

Abs & calves can be trained every day....I like to alternate abs and calves every other day, abs one day/calves the next, etc...

You have a good positive attitute, hit it hard and always come to me if you have questions...

im gonna take the cardio down to 30mins a day, and see if thats enough to keep burning the fat while taking in about 500-1000 more calories per day. think im gonna keep the abs at 5x week for now, but w the new split routine i'll have a day of rest in between so possibly could be some extra time to recover and grow

im not a fitness expert and dont pretend to be, so your thoughts on my diet and routine is really exciting to me. looking forward to some more natural gains before i cycle!

2-3 days on, day off....be careful not to over train
