Test only cycle

I was thinking of a Winny only cycle for my first cycle ever, what kind of results could I expect with Test alone, and is it a good idea? Im 5'10 and 183 with around 18% bf. I lost 25 lbs this summer and am not to concerned about getting bigger but i do want to lean out abit and gain some strength.

Test is the best AAS. So a test only cycle at 500 mgs/wk for a rookie will yield great results.

Congrats on the weight loss bro, but most guys on here are gonna tell you to try and drop your body fat to at least 15%. If you do get your bf a little lower i would run a test enanthate @250mg/week for 10-12 weeks, keeping in mind your diet and training are on point. it should take the test about 4 weeks to really kick in, and even at 250mg you'll see good results..
I would hold out on the winnies until maybe your second cycle.

I had been playing competitive football for 2 years in college and did nothing but power workouts and eat crap. Starting this summer i lost 25 lbs and got bit by the bodybuilding bug. I actually dont plan to start this cycle for another 2 months at which rate i will be below 15% bf. what kinda results will test give me?

Exactly. If you dont want to get bigger, then you dont need gear. Get your diet in check and if anything maybe try some clen.

Dont mean to come across as a smartass bro..but what kind of results will creatine give me? how about just 4 protein shakes a day? bottom line is..it depends..how you eat, how hard you work out...etc...your genetics...also...i was confused on your first post..you mentioned winny..then in the same sentence talked about test...do you beleive winny is test? just need to clarify this for me..

No I'm clear on the difference. I have been researching for a year or so now. With all the weight loss i dropped a lot of muscle and strength and I wouldnt mind adding muscle (who wouldnt) I just dont want to be big and puffy. Im curious if test would blow me up to much and what kind of effects it would have. I work out 5 times a week with cardio 4 days a week and have been off my football workouts and on to a bodybuilding workout for over 6 months now. I train hard and with intensity at all times. I cleaned up my diet (25 lbs was not easy) and i have a tough time gaining muscle without putting the fat back on. So im curious if test is the answer, what dosage, will my strength sky-rocket, will i gain any fat if i maintain my clear diet and cardio, and what type of PCT I will need?

You have been researching for a year? hhmm...regardless congrats on your weightloss, I can relate to how hard BF is to lose sometimes and you done good son! :D You will get some bloat from Test but how much depends on certain things such as how much sodium you take in, how much water you drink, if you use liquidex (srimidex) or not, etc. Nobody can tell you exactly how much you will gain or not gain with any compound, EVERYONE responds differently. However with test only you will get some good size and some good power IF your diet is in check. Make sure you keep the diet in check and eat CLEAN calories and you will keep the BF gain to a minimum, but you will most likely gain SOME when bulking with test, it's just part of it. Make sure you go to the PCT forum and read up on that stuff ALOT.
 
I think that a cycle would not be a problem in a few months as long as you lose a little more fat. I mean, it certainly won't kill you if you go on a cycle at 18%, you just won't see the gains you are looking for and that are attainable with decreased BF.

To give you a broad answer, which can be like putting a square peg in a round hole, i would think, considering your stats, gaining 10-20 lbs would be likely with your goals on 500 mgs of test (take your pick) for 10 weeks. You can do an 8 weeker or push it to 12 if you really want.

This certainly won't all be muscle, though. You'll gain some fat and water but that comes with the territory. You'll still look good, so don't get your panties in a bunch and think you are going to get bloat gut and face.

as for PCT there is a forum that will answer everyone of your questions. It has yet to steer me wrong. Good luck and keep us posted.
 
For me, it's test only from now on. I've tried a few other things in the past (winny, dbol, var, anadrol) and IMO they either to harsh or you have to take way to much to get the same results (as test) or both. I really have no interest in any other injectables either. With test, I can achieve any result I want (bulking or cutting) through modification of my diet and cardio and the sides are more manageable and predictable.

Thanks guys I realy appreciate the help, I'm going to keep at it another two months atleast till i get below 15% and decide whether to go test only winny/anavar...i appreciate it
 
if your 18% stay away from the gear, get down to 12%before you think about it again, keep doing what your doing, if your that high in bf then when you get on AAS, youll basically just get fatter... get learner a bit and come back and talk to us... but fyi, test only cycles are good for bigginers trying to put on size 400-500mg a week for 10-12weeks + PCT, youll like it, but you wont like it if you start at 18%, get that bf down first, invest in some clen, speed up the process... luck man

How does the conversion work from 30ml clen into mg so I would know how to work out the dosage?

where did you get the clen from?
 
try ag guys cleanbuterol and t3 stack it could do wonders for you. im not sure if it neccessary for you to juice just yet, if all you wanna do is loose weight and cut up. once you did your best to cut natty, id go to a test prop cycle and run it at 400-500 mgs ew. shooting it every other day.
just my opinion.

Bros,

Ordered the liquiclen after hearing nothing but good things from these guys, i know those doses need to be tapered up and its 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but how can i figure out dosages without a syringe?

I would recommend you getting a syringe my friend..the dropper is not accurate at all...

Why would you recommend someone at a BF of 18% maybe higher to run a T3 cycle? Do you understand the immplications it has on the thyroid? If you do, please enlighten us to why you think this person should take t3?

Well good news I am actually down to 15% (havnt measured in a while) so everything is working out but I do want to use the clen to help burn some more. Now is there any way I can get a somewhat accurate dosage without a syringe? I'm sure someone has used this product, Is it to be drank straight or mixed?
