Hi everyone, I am Lamplighter.
New to the forums but not new to lifting.
I am looking at starting a test cycle with RS-Transaderm wondering if it is a good start.
a little bit about me.
5'9"
170lbs
39yr old Male
been working out on/off since high school, been hitting it hard since nov 2012, personal trainer, 3-4 days in the gym/week.
looking for an oral or transaderm, not injections. I have a major phobia of needles, doctor has to strap me down to give me a shot kind of phobia, pass out when my kids need their shots kind of phobia, the only way I will give blood is when they drain my dead body kind of phobia ... I digress.
currently on a 2400-2600 cal diet. 200+g of protein, mainly through food. but I do use shakes/bars when I cant fit a meal in.
take a pre workout
BCAA's
L-Glutamine
I have the metabolism of a 20year old (3-4 bm/day kind of metabolism)
looking for some advice from the veterans and some "success stories' from other newbies.
