Weight training will be done Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Cardio will be done Tuesday and Thursday.
Needto....My question is, how much cardio and intensity level should I be doing?

Squats @ 315 X 1 ***Normally just do sets of 10 with 225 on these cause of a bad back.
Bench @ 275 X 5
Rows @ 205 X 1 ***Merely a guess. I'm thinking I could get more though.
Deads @ 315 X 1 ***Can go higher but don't like to also because of my lower back trouble.
Overheads @ 140 X 8 ***Been using 70lbs dumbells for my last set of 8.

***This is the first time I have done deadlifts in a long time due to a lower back injury. I was so pumped because I was pain free while doing them. I'm going to up the weight on the chart next week. I just have to be careful and not push it too much. I don't want those back problems coming back.

***I smoked all my lifts today. I know on the bench I could have done more weight and more reps but I didn't because I'm trying to strictly follow the program to what it says. The only modifications I'm really doing is rounding the weight. For example, when it calls for 127lbs, I load 130.
How much longer till the cycle it over? can you get a rush on other compounds like proviron.
i'll be starting week 8 of 10 this monday coming. as far as the proviron goes, i'm not sure.
I had planned on keeping the cals high and clean as possible. I'm not going to cut my cals cause i understand the importance of them at this point of my cycle. I still have more supply of test, enough for another 10 weeks but i would rather come off after 10 weeks and make a full recovery, then get back on for another 10 weeks....overall plan my cycles to something like this:
Jan, Feb, March....OFF
April, May, June...ON (Cut)
July, Aug, Sep.....Off
Oct, Nov, Dec......ON (Bulk)

I just do not like fucking with the program as I know how well it works.
Last time I added extra shoulder work to wensdays work out. Only because I know for a fact my shoulders respond very well to getting the shit kicked out of them. I think I will add that again this time.
I upped my Arimidex to .5mg/EOD due to some sore nips. I've been at this dose for a week now and the soreness is still there. I'm actually feeling a little lump behind each nipple that I don't think was there before. Should I start on some Aromasin @ 12.5mg/ED in replace of the Arimidex? Or possible Femara (letro) @ 2.5mg/wk. I also have some Nolva on hand as well. I've had it for a couple years now, does it lose effectiveness due to long storage?
Aromasin @ 12.5mg/ED once you get into full pct you can drop the dose down..

Week 4 of Bill Starr 5X5 Routine
Week 10 of Test Eth @ 500mg/wk ***Last injection is tomorrow
Weighing 180.6 lbs ***I was 186 when I started the 5X5 routine. Strength is still good. I'm actually feeling stronger than I did when I peaked at 187 lbs this cycle. So I'm assuming the weight loss is more body fat due to the cardio that I have now incorporated into my routine.

***I completed this workout in 40 mins. I was sweating like a mofo! Tomorrow will be my last injection of Test, which sadens me but excites me also because I'll be starting Sustain Alpha in 2 weeks. I love the way that shit makes me feel!
This week coming up has some big lifts for me. I'm fucking stoked. I stepped on the scales this evening (Sunday 3-15-09) and I'm weighing 182.0 lbs. I'm trying to eat everything in sight to help hold weight through my PCT. This week will be my first week off cycle. I will continue to take the Unleashed @ 3 caps/ED and Arimidex @ .5mg/EOD this week. Starting next week I'll be starting my Test Recovery Stack by PP.
I'll also be taking a serving of Amplify02 pre-workout. After PCT is completed I'm going to also incorporate some Lipostim and Lipoflame to help shred my abs.
In July/August I'm planning on running the following:
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon @ 625mg/wk
Weeks 1-8 Tren Ace @ 300mg/wk (shooting 100mg Mon,Wed,Friday)
Weeks 1-4 Beastdrol @ 30mg/ED or Dieselbolan @ 3 cap/ED ***haven't decided yet.

It will be interesting to see if you can still nail them lefts next week even though you are in pct. This will help to confirm by thoughts that high cals and a 5x5 program is the the best way to go during pct. Starting the 5x5 so that the prs start around pct time was a interesting idea to run with too.

I was exhausted by the time I got to the weight room. This Friday will be rough. I'm really trying to focus on getting my caloric intake up to help me with my lifts. I can't wait till next week when I start Sustain Alpha. I love the way that shit makes me feel. Its right now 9pm and I've been non stop all day. I'm trying to scarf down dinner (12 oz. chicken breast and 1 sweet potatoe) and heading to bed. I'll be waking up at 4am to start the routine all over. The workouts are really going to be rough where I'm "off" and I have nothing but PRs ahead of me! Damn I can't wait to get back "On" in July.
