Test Eth Cycle....

damn what a week...we had a wind storm come through and tear up hell...i didn't have power for 3 days

this past month i lost power over a ice storm, a snow storm and now a wind storm! i haven't been able to get in the gym the past 3 days because of the weather but i have been doing a shit ton of push-ups, sit-ups, and wall sits.
 
Monday starts Week 7 of my 10 weeks of Test...I have another 10mL vial of Test, so I may extend this cycle another 2 weeks or so...I think I have enough pins for 15 weeks

I'm already considering another cycle for this summer starting around the middle of June...if I stop the Test after 10 weeks, March 12th will be my last injection, so I feel that should be plenty of time off.
I'm going to look for more strength/lean/hardness gains....I would be happy with about 5 solid lbs and mainly focus on the dropping of body fat.....Seems like in the past, when I increase cardio and begin to cut fat, I notice a big difference in my strength...I'm hoping to keep this from happening as well

Any suggestions?

Tuesday

Today was my cardio day. I wasn't able to get a full 45 mins in like I was wanting to. The calve and back pumps just got too damn bad. I did get 30 mins in though. I did 15 mins on the treadmill at a slow jog. Total distance on the treadmill was 1.1 miles. I then did 15 mins on the stationary bike. The total distance on the bike was 5.5 miles.

I also round the weight up bro... But when you get into the last stages of the program you will want to get yourself a couple of 1 lb weight and half lb weights of your own.. Like 20-30 bucks no big deal.. You will want them late in the program.

Say you are really pushing it later on in the program. You know that weights going to be heavy but you still want to do more then you did lat week. Well adding 1-2 lbs may not seem like a big deal. add 2 lbs a week for 10 weeks now you are talking 20lbs right? as long as you can add even just a lb to the lift you are going forward. Once you start getting to a point there you can't add that lb or start to loose the weight and go back.


Then you its time to de load and start over. or change to a new program.
 
I'm hoping that by this summer I can get to 180-182 with visual abs. Right now there is a thin layer of fat covering them up. I'm thinking with about 6 weeks of cardio and good diet, they should be shading in pretty good.
 
Diet for 2-20-09

Breakfast @ 4:15am
10 oz of chicken breast with mexican rice and 12 oz. of Organic skim milk
***I wasn't in the mood for my traditional eggs and turkey bacon breakfast.

6am......one muscle milk shake

9am....1 serving of tuna on a single slice of wheat bread

11am...2 servings of tuna on wheat

1pm...1 muscle milk shake

2:30pm....1 serving on tuna on wheat

5pm....1 serving of spaghetti

6-7:30pm....workout
***Immediately after workout, 1 tablespoon of honey and whey protein shake

8:30pm....12 oz. of turkey breast with 12 oz. of Organic skim milk


****I mix in some pickle relish with 2 cans of tuna (this makes 4 servings) and kept in a plastic container. Throw 4 slices of wheat bread in some sandwich bags. I also keep a bag of almonds and cranberries in my dinner bucket as well to snack on while I'm on the go at work.
 
i'll be starting week 8 of 10 this monday coming. as far as the proviron goes, i'm not sure.

well you can't just drop the cals unless you plan to extend the cycle bro. You go into pct on low cals and you can kiss a lot of your hard earned muscle gains good by.. You have to fully recover first before you even think about it. Or just extend the cycle and add a cutter to the cycle you just did. Then do pct later.

Now you could do a bridge with proviron then do another cycle later. That choice is up to you but its a bi choice. The longer you are on the harder recovery will be next time.
 
Or you can keep cals real high but real clean. And hope that works out for you. Lots of clean protein extra protein. some carbs and moderate fats keeping most fats to omega fats. LAst thing you want to do is drop your total over all cals down when going into pct.

I like it... As long as you keep your over all cals the same you should be fine. I would even up the protein when you come off. Doing the extra cardo and ab work on the off days of the program is fine.

I just weighed myself tonight bros...I'm 184.2...I was holding around 186.5 for about a week. I upped my calories to put on some extra lbs but I also upped my arimidex to .5mg/EOD because my nips are sore. You bros think this loss of weight is due to the arimidex and probably just some water weight shedding?
 
I'm thinking some seated rows would be a beautiful add-on.

I just do not like fucking with the program as I know how well it works.

Last time I added extra shoulder work to wensdays work out. Only because I know for a fact my shoulders respond very well to getting the shit kicked out of them. I think I will add that again this time.

***I was amazed by this workout. I wasn't feeling good at work and the only thing I was able to eat all day was 2 better protein bars and one tuna sandwich. I was weak feeling but when it was time for the bigger lifts, i became focused and so pumped. 275 on the squats felt lighter than 235!

I'm actually feeling a little lump behind each nipple that I don't think was there before. Should I start on some Aromasin @ 12.5mg/ED in replace of the Arimidex? Or possible Femara (letro) @ 2.5mg/wk. I also have some Nolva on hand as well. I've had it for a couple years now, does it lose effectiveness due to long storage?

I'm going to order some Aromasin right now then. I know now the next time I run a cycle, I'm going to run the Arimidex a little higher throughout the entire cycle to prevent this shit.

Yeah, I'm really pumped about the gains I'm going to get for the 5X5.
 
Tomorrow (Monday 3-2-09) starts Week 9 of my Test Eth @ 500mg/wk and Week 3 of Bill Starr's 5X5 training routine. I'll be taking some more pics at the end of Week 10. I have dropped a couple lbs since I have started this 5X5 program. I'm currently weighing in at 183lbs. I was at 186 when I started the 5X5. My diet has improved and with the added cardio (twice per week) that fat is dropping off. My strength is continuing to increase as well. I'm really looking forward to these next couple weeks because I'll be getting into some new PR's in my training. Once I complete my PCT (Test Recovery Stack, Aromasin, Unleashed) I'm going to run Omega's Liposhred Stack to really try to chisle in my abs.
 
I'm hoping to be a ripped 175lbs by around the middle of May. Then in July, if my mind doesn't change, I'm going to run this:

Weeks 1-10 Test Eth @ 500mg/wk (Be my 3rd cycle of Test)

***I got my shipment of Omega's Amplify02 today. I took 1 serving (8 caps) about 30 mins before my workout. Let me tell you, this is one of the best NO products on the market. I was so fucking pumped during the workout. Actually at one time I had to sit down and control my breathing. My heart began to race a little too damn much and I found it hard to control my self. I didn't want to wear out too fast considering it was hitting me around around the 3rd set of squats.

I threw in the DB hammer curls today for shits and giggles. I was on an amazing pump and strength was like never before. This was the most intense workout I have had in a while. At one point I almost puked because I was pushing myself too hard. I wasn't taking as much time in between sets as I was used to.

Overall rating of Omega's Amp02 product: I give this product a 9.5
Only flaw is that I was so anxious that I could see where someone could get too excited and over excert themself in a hurry. I suggest that you listen to the label and only take 1/2 serving the first go round to see how your body reacts. I can only imagine what my workouts will be when I add Lipoflame and LipoStim3 to the equation once I complete my PCT.

I was wanting to wait till PCT started but the bottle just kept staring at me. There was no way I could have held off 2 weeks. haha I got 2 bottles right now but plan on ordering some more when I order the lipostim and lipoflame.

Weighing 180.6 lbs ***I was 186 when I started the 5X5 routine. Strength is still good. I'm actually feeling stronger than I did when I peaked at 187 lbs this cycle. So I'm assuming the weight loss is more body fat due to the cardio that I have now incorporated into my routine.

I'm afraid I may have to work late tomorrow evening, so I really wanted to get the heart rate up this workout in case I don't get to do my cardio tomorrow evening. Tomorrow will be my last injection of Test, which sadens me but excites me also because I'll be starting Sustain Alpha in 2 weeks. I love the way that shit makes me feel!

Weighing 180.6 lbs ***I was 186 when I started the 5X5 routine. Strength is still good. I'm actually feeling stronger than I did when I peaked at 187 lbs this cycle. So I'm assuming the weight loss is more body fat due to the cardio that I have now incorporated into my routine.

Wow man it took me an hour and 35 to finish my 5x5 today. Same as you. I did add 3x10 side raises and 3x10 front raises. Just felt my shoulders need that extra work.

Yes the cardoi and you have no Idea the amount of cals it takes to brutally push out this kind of work out and weights bro. Wait till you get to the pr's. You should maybe barf at least once threw this program.

I'll also be taking a serving of Amplify02 pre-workout. After PCT is completed I'm going to also incorporate some Lipostim and Lipoflame to help shred my abs.


In July/August I'm planning on running the following:

Weeks 1-10 Sustanon @ 625mg/wk
Weeks 1-8 Tren Ace @ 300mg/wk (shooting 100mg Mon,Wed,Friday)
Weeks 1-4 Beastdrol @ 30mg/ED or Dieselbolan @ 3 cap/ED ***haven't decided yet.
Weeks 1-10 Aromasin @ 12.5mg/EOD
Weeks 5-15 Unleashed @ 3 caps/ED
Weeks 12-15 Test Recovery Stack

That cycle looks juicy man.

It will be interesting to see if you can still nail them lefts next week even though you are in pct. This will help to confirm by thoughts that high cals and a 5x5 program is the the best way to go during pct. Starting the 5x5 so that the prs start around pct time was a interesting idea to run with too.

I was exhausted by the time I got to the weight room. This Friday will be rough. I'm really trying to focus on getting my caloric intake up to help me with my lifts. I can't wait till next week when I start Sustain Alpha. I love the way that shit makes me feel. Its right now 9pm and I've been non stop all day. I'm trying to scarf down dinner (12 oz. chicken breast and 1 sweet potatoe) and heading to bed. I'll be waking up at 4am to start the routine all over. The workouts are really going to be rough where I'm "off" and I have nothing but PRs ahead of me! Damn I can't wait to get back "On" in July.

Big Blast (orange flavor) will be taken with Gatorade after each workout. I work out on Mon, Wed, Friday so
2 lbs of Big Blast will last me 1 month.
