I'm not speaking from personal experience here, but why follow a combo of long/short esthers with a long one at the end as opposed to:
weeks 1-6 enan.
6-8 prop.
?
Just curious as to what your reasoning is?
i dont like it..running var for 1 week is a waste..you will not kickstart anything with that..is this your first cycle?? if so i would go with test 500mg/wk maybe some dbol the first 4 weeks thats all you need
Does 4 weeks of dbol @ 30mg/day REALLY affect your liver values that much? Did you try taking liver protectants with it, such as 1g/day of milk thistle and high amounts of rALA?
wnt2bBeast makes perfect sense as always - 1 week of var is wasting your money. For what it's worth, I didn't even START feeling the effects of var until week 4 so I would say you'll be pretty lucky if 3 weeks of it does much for you.

i did 40 mg ed Denkall for 8 weeks with zero change in liver panel. and i was drinking on the weekends. every couple of weeks I did a few days of rALA (glucorell), but thats about it.
All in all, sust has a higher half-life than enanthate and will take longer to kick in. Yes, it does contain some prop but it's the lowest concentration of the 4 esters.
If you want to kick start your cycle, then start with prop or stick with enanthate and front-load it.
