k this is my second cycle of aas(i have also done a mdrol cycle) im trying to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible with minimal bodyfat(arent we all?) im already at 7%bf and would like to be around 5-6% after
wks1-4 test prop 100mg eod
wks 1-11 test e 500mg/wk
wks 1-12 EQ 600mgs/wk
wks 4-12 liqiudex .05 eod
wks 6-12 clen w/ketotifen up to 100mcg/day
wks 2-11 hcg 300ius 2xs a week(is this enough i keep hearing different things)
pct wks 13-16
wks 13-16 nolva 40/20/20/20(should i run it for 6weeks?)
should i use tribulus/6oxo/sustainalpha with nolva or will the nolva be enough?
i will also be using saw palmetto(whats a good dosage to help stop hairloss),hawthorn berry,coq10,milk thistle,vitamin b5,glucosamine,odorless garlic,fish oils,vitamin c, vitamin b complex, and xandrox 15%....anything else i should add? lol
feel free to critique this and let me know if i should drop some of these compounds or adjust the dosages. thanks
