TEST E only cycle / My first cycle

Hey all,
What type of gains am I likely to see from my first cycle?

test e 500 mg per week-8 weeks.

weeks 9 100 mg clomid

weeks 10 50 mg clomid

I am 6'1 212lbs 25yo 15% body fat

Responses welcome
 
hard to come up with a # but to be modest I would say 10lbs after its all said and done.
I would get your bf down a little towards 12% especially when doing enth, it tends to put on some fat/bloat

Agreed on getting closer to 12%

300mg to 400mg can put on a good 10 lbs with hard work.

And, props for posting your stats dutchboy.

Thanks. As far as my BF, I try to get most my cals from protien. I eat complex carbs like oatmeal prior to lifting and simple carbs only after I lift. I am lean everywhere except for my stomach. I eat good. Lift 5 days a week. yet the gut remains. I dred cardio but I guess that its going to have to be done to loose the gut. Anyone have any other sugggestions??
 
i would take a lower dose and stretch it to 12 weeks. if it is your 1st cycle you don't know if you are prone to gyno or bad sides and 500 will make them show up so have a strong anti-e around (not clomid)

no. it is not for PCT - post cycle therapy - it is in case you get signs of gynecomastia--you need to stop it asap--and b/c it's your 1st cycle you have no idea how you will react to the test. you always keep femara,armidex, armosin or nolvadex on hand.

you may also want to pick-up one of the e-books on the site here---i think you need a bit more info--

Don't eat carbs after 7PM

agreed i would lower the dose and run longer. also i would take some hcg.
 
I agree,my 1st cycle 15yrs ago was 300mg of enathate a week 4 12wks put on 20lbs.WoW!miss those days.
 
Ya, go 12 weeks. 500mg/wk. Test ONLY.
Lift as hard as you can. Go to failure on every set.
Eat Everything. Lot's of Protien.
Get 8 hours of sleep every night.

This is the order of importance to gain 20 pounds in 12 weeks:

1. Diet. Eat 6 meals a day. Get in 300-400mg protein daily.
2. Proper rest for muscles to recover
3. Lift like Ronnie. Intense workouts.
4. AAS.
 
probly 10-12 lbs. But don't start the clomid right after last inj bro. Wait two weeks after last inj to start it.
 
yer i remember my first cycle was test e at 400mg and i put on 18lbs. was a 12 week cycle and i was up 18lbs by the 5th week. water retention for the first half then that evened out and stopped. muscle came after. only lost bout 2 lbs after cycle
 
wow. Thats great. Im so anxious. im already 212. I managed to pack on 40 pounds in 7 months w/o doing juice. this will be my first cycle.

nice to hear your taking the plung DUTCH. Let me know how it goes. i intend to do the same cycle (gonna pop my cherry as well :P)
