test e how often to shoot

i know u can shoot it once a week, but is it wise? im gonna take 250mg a week should i shoot it once or should i do it twice
 
just do .5 cc every mon and thurs. or up the dose (imo) to atleast 400 for best results. 200 a week is like a TRT/HRT dose. 400 for a first (injectable) cycle is sufficient IMO.
 
The half live of the enanthate ester is around 10-11 days. So you could technically shoot once a week however toward the end of the week your levels will be dropping a little. That doesn't mean you won't see results though.

Best would be to shoot twice a week, but shooting every 5 days would be fine because it is still half of the half-life, so only a quarter of the test will be gone by the time you shoot again. Less shots means less scar tissue so I'm all for that. But really its up to you.
 
you need to just plan a good cycle and do it...quit going around it...sides are completely blown out of proportion ...500mg test a wk and some dbol will do you well...why waste 10 weeks of your time at a dose not very much above normal? your the one that did dbol only and winny only cycles right?
 
ive done dbol and anavar only cycle, dbol was amazing at only 25mg a day, i gained 23lbs and so far its been almost 3 weeks off and i only lost 5 lbs and i contribute most of that due to me being on vacation for a week and not being able to workout.

My new cycle is
test e 250mg/week
50mg winny/everyday

since its my first time with test i wanted to take it low, and since im adding winny in i thought it would be fine, right now i only have 1 bottle of test but i might get another and bump to 500mg
 
shooting Mon/Thurs 1ml each day I feel the drop on Sunday.. My Mon morn I hate life and need my shot..i would throw in 50mg of Prop..

Now I just shoot 1ml every 3rd day, its really two injections every 6 days.. the days of the week don't matter anymore, just that my blood levels are stable..

dose doesn't matter, just divide it up.. since you're only doing 250, thats 1ml i'd do 0.5 every 3rd day.. that would put you at like 350mg active in your blood for the week and keep your blood levels the most stable..

I mean most people shoot 500 so..
 
i dont get the whole monday and thursday thing with test e. why wait 3 days for one shot, and then four days for your next? i know doing 2 shots a week, mon/thurs makes it a bit easier to map your cycle out, but your body cant tell the days of the week. why not just go e4d for ten weeks regardless what day of the week it is

You can do it that way, E4d, but it's easier for most to remember certain days of the week, like Monday and Thursday you shoot your gear before you work out. It just keeps blood levels more even. But you could do E3D or E4D.
 
why do hrt dr's only have you shoot it once a week if it really makes a huge diff in twice a week or once a week? You would think for the folks on it year round would need it even more stable than the people who only use it for 10 weeks?

yep, that would do it. actually i like this way, becasue as half centurian said, its just easier to map out your cycle if you go twice weekly, monday/thursday

no, to keep blood levels most even possible you would need to shoot every 3rd or 4th day. If you do it every 3rd day you get half a dose extra in comparison to Mon/Thur, if you did it every 4th day, you would be I think a quarter dose short for the week.

I write it all down, keep it all together with my gear...I write everything I take in down actually..

I do it this way, when I did Mon/Thur I would feel myself bummed out, not as motivated, just not feeling that Test high by Sun night..then it doesn't feel like it kicks in again for a day.. Dunno to each his own.

I felt my most stable when I did 0.5ml of Test Cyp EOD..
