Test e dbol cycle

Hi guys sorry I don't know how much posts I need to be able to post in this thread BUT I was thinking of starting a test e dbol cycle and i want to stay safe thats why i ask u guys to help me 500 mg a week and 40 mg a day

Now I don't really have a set up diet
But it's a little like this

Morning 4 eggs with some small sausages inside and about 1 or 2 small breads with some cheese inside 100 gram a piece aprox

After this usually I go to the gym after my workout a glass of milk and 150 grams of peanuts

After gym usually what we got at home , sometimes rice sometimes pasta and some patoets

Then about 1 liter of whole milk

This is my usually diet I'm thinking of adding like 2 or 3 more eggs in spread over the day and 200 grams of chicken

I know it ain't a lot I'm trying to bulk so that's why I ask some more advice what to add and what not really I don't know my exact calorie intake I'm a waiter so I walk and stand a lot on my feet I m not always able to cook and prepare Meals so but buying and taking to work is no prob guys I'm just asking for advice no silly reactions like ur to young or not big enough I planned it already and gonna do it so any additions will be welcome by this week I'll start adding some food and see how it goes

Egg white cartons, I drink one a day, 100g protein, and theyre not bad at all. Same as eating 20 egg whites in a day
 
Get your self a egg white separator and give the egg yokes to the kid or wife what ever how do you cook the sausages I'm not sure eating sausages is good but I'm not a dietician I don't like all that milk your drinking either to much for me in all your diet needs tweaking add some veg chicken or turkey and plenty of what're don't for get your taking orals good luck my friend
 
You need to change your diet like i said read the link the other guy has provided you and good luck and no you will not bulk on that diet you may get fat though from the milk
 
You need a lot more food ... and a lot more GOOD food.
You need more meat ... white and red.
You need fruit and vegetables (they are your primary source of vitamins and minerals).
You could rather look at something like 3 egg whites with one yolk and a bowl of oats for breakfast. Have a banana as a snack a few hours after breakfast.
Have a clean starch e.g brown rice with some lean cut chicken breast and broccoli for lunch.
Have a boiled egg or two a few hours after that for a snack.
Have a green salad with a little cheese and some grilled beef strips mixed into the salad and some olive oil added to it for supper.
Grab a spoon full of natural peanut butter for a snack before going to bed.
You know, things like that. The suggestions I have given up here are VERY generic and further to that you need to calculate your BMI, your BMR and your required daily calorie intakes. You need to decide on your macro ratios of protein:carbs:fats and ... ugh ... so much more.

You REALLY need to get your diet sorted out before anything else. Some standard things you have to follow:

There are a few basic rules to this:
1. Have your diet in check.
2. Train hard, but smart. Long enough time spent training will force you to learn to know your body and to what is responds.
3. Rest enough. Your body repairs itself while you sleep.
4. If you have those fundamentals in place, you WILL get results in either direction.
5. Now you can look at chemically enhancing your training results.
6. I have always preferred beginners to stick to an Test Cyp/Enan only cycle - this way you will know after cycle how your body responds to this compound.
7. From here you can start upping the dosages and adding new compounds to the mix one at a time - again, to test your body's response.
8. Always have an Ancillary e.g Aromasin on hand - you never know if you might need it if your body reacts badly to Estrogen.
9. Always have a PCT in place before you even take your first oral or make your first pin for any cycle (PCT Post Steroid Cycle Therapy - EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Forums).
10. Listen to what the guys who have been around advise you, their words are filled with research and experience. :)

Most of the points above are what I consider to be good building blocks as far as AAS are concerned, but, remain my own opinion.
