Hi guys i no seems like a stupid question but im starting a test cycle soon and was wondering what sort of strength gains can i expect from a test cycle following a good diet of high protein and decent amount of calories? my current lifts are for bench press 3reps at 100kg, 1 rep at 110 for squats and dead lift 7 reps at 100kg. What sort of strength gains have you guys made from a test cycle?
