test e cycle strength gains?

Hi guys i no seems like a stupid question but im starting a test cycle soon and was wondering what sort of strength gains can i expect from a test cycle following a good diet of high protein and decent amount of calories? my current lifts are for bench press 3reps at 100kg, 1 rep at 110 for squats and dead lift 7 reps at 100kg. What sort of strength gains have you guys made from a test cycle?
 
man, it's a really hard question to answer. I don't even know where to begin. If you train hard you could conceivably increase your lifts by 25% maybe more... Maybe 30% if you train really hard and eat really well.
 
It's all relative to the person and their current maxes/training. You can't even throw out a rough number.

The best you can hope for are examples from people based on their own experiences.
 
Yeah i see what you guys are saying it was just something that i was curious about lol i want to be benching 100kg for 3 sets of 10 thats the aim really. what experiences have people had on a first cycle?

That's a reasonable and attainable goal for your first cycle.
