Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

Do you have enough sdrol to run longer? Your still making steady gains maybe ride it out a little longer if you feel healthy ?:) good log btw your turning into beast mode!

I've been thinking the same thing, I have enough for one more week so I think ill run it out one more week for a total of 5 weeks.
 
Update day 26

Up 2.4 from yesterday

Sorry guys didn't get to log yesterday so I'll it now! I'll get back on track with these logs I promise! It was an off day from the gym so nothing to update training wise. I'm feeling great and liking the way I'm looking. I'm noticing now muscles starting to grow and look fuller. I noticed the first thing to grown was my traps starting around week two. I've never had big traps for the life of me so they were pretty easy to tell lol. Then my shoulders and chest seemed fuller and rounder which I love! My arms are nice and full and still hard which is what I'm really excited about! With all this weight I've gained in 4 weeks I'm still hard on my arms legs back chest. A little soft on my abs and lower back but that's expected because I know some is water seeing as im taking 750mg/wk of test and of course fat. I had considered maybe pushing back one more week until I start tren and deca but I don't think I'm going to, I'll just stick to the plan and start on Monday. I can't wait to see the gains from that! This is my first time with tren ace so I'm way excited from everything I've read and heard about it! Sides are still the same, little acne on my face and upper back. Always hot, and sweating throughout the night, probably nothing like I'm going to experience when I add in tren lol. And strength is through the roof! I'm about to go train some arms so I'll update y'all on that! Got some fat gripz ima try out today so we'll see how those go! Feel free to respond to anything guys I'd love to hear your input! Update day 27

Weight 261.4
Down 1.4 from yesterday

Once again guys didn't get to log for yesterday so I'll do it now, sorry for those who are following. Yesterday was a great day, other than my weight dropping but I think that's due to me weighing myself about 4 hours later than usual since I had the day off and got to sleep in a little so I'm not worrying about it too bad. Lower back pumps were the worst they had ever been and I'm not sure why, I couldn't even do dishes much less stand up longer than 10 minutes without having to lean on something to take the pressure of my lower back. No new sides all the same, acne seems to be lessening a little bit so thats a good thing. Trained arms and tryed out the "fat gripz" and they were amazing! Never before have I felt so pumped in my arms and the pain was so harsh but yet so good if that makes sense! The weight I could use was around the same as without using them I just felt more of a contraction in the muscle and had a better overall "squeeze" so if anyone is on the edge about getting some I'd definently recommend it! I'll be using them for all exercises I can and will let you know how they feel. I'll be updating later with some new weekly pics and update on measurements and weight so stay tuned. Also will be starting deca and tren tomorrow so pray that goes all good! Can't wait! Thanks for following guys!

Guys just a little update, talked to my coach today and as much as I don't want to I know It'll be worth it. I'm going to hold off another week for the tren and deca and just run the test this next week. Reason behind this is because I'm still making decent gains without and the test should be fully kicked in now being its the end of week 4, so why add it in if I don't need it yet. Will run this week and see how my weight changes then will start next week unless we think otherwise. Thanks for following.
 
Update day 28

Weight 257.2
Down 3.2 from yesterday

As y'all might have read in my earlier post I'm not going to start the tren and deca tomorrow like planned I'm going to push it back another week since I'm still making gains without it. As you can see from my weight changes I'm having a pretty nice rebound these past 4 weeks. I'm up 52 pounds from my stage weight and up 32 pounds from the start of my bulk, and that's only within 4 weeks guys!! I expect my weight to be in the 260's tomorrow since I'll be weighing about 4-5 hours earlier than yesterday and today. Today was an off day so no training here. Sides were all the same as usual, nothing much to complain about. Gonna run the sdrol until Wednesday because that's all i have enough for then gonna finish the week up with test only then plan to add tren and DECA in the mix next week. Comment back with any questions or advice guys I'd love to hear it! Thanks for following, I'll be updating tomorrow.

Thanks brotha! Me either man I'm hoping to be sitting around 265 when I start it next week and ill run it for 12 mor weeks, I'm pumped but also weary of the sides to come along.
 
Update day 29

Weight 261.2
Up 4 pounds from yesterday (remember I weighed at 4a.m., 6 hours earlier than sat and sun)

Today I seem to be experiencing a tad bit of oily skin, also my skin feels a little itchy? Not sure if this is in correlation with the test or sdrol and the oily skin or not but definently something I've never encountered before. Also I was extremely hot today so seems like the body temp is way up like it was a couple weeks ago, sweat throughout my whole workout it was insane. Trained legs today so that didn't help at all lol. Enough about the negatives because they aren't anything I can't live with, my strength today was way up and legs are growing big time along with everything else. Took measurements yesterday and will be posting them to show changes from weeks 1 to week 4, there pretty damn good but we will see what y'all think. Diet was on point today and I'm feeling great. Energy and libido is great, no gyno issues as I'm taking AI cycle support and Aden daily and have prami and caber on hand if needed. Like I said I'm gonna play this week out with only test and see if the gains keep coming. If they do the ill wait another week to add in tren and deca, but if they subside then ill be adding it in next week.
