test, dbol, var PCT

Im about to start a 12 week cycle of 500mg test/week with 3 weeks of dbol(40mg day) at the begininng and the final 7 weeks 60mg var/day. I am 6ft 200lbs.

I currently have clomid and nolvadex. When should i start the pct, how much should i take, and are those two pcts all i need? Or is there any other pct i should get? Any input would be great as this is my first real cycle besides anavar.
