got some test enth from someone who has been good to me for sometime now but my last batch came back really dark yellow and after a month now there is white stuff flooting around and stuck to the sides of the vile is there a way i can fix it or is it junk?

Heat it up in a pot of water... Then get yourself a whatman filter and a new vile. Just incase. Don't trash it so fast!!

cork , like a wine bottle? or do you mean a rubber stopper?

Heat it and transfer it through filtration into a sterile vial. Adding a dissolvent wouldn't hurt either. 5% EO if you have it.
