Going to be starting 200mg/week of Test C, thinking of injecting every Monday but would injecting 100mg every Monday and Thursday be better? I will be doing this til June then blast for 12 weeks then back to 200mg Test c.

Have you done blood work before your start.?
Basically you are putting sour self on TRT. 200 could be too much for a cruise. Everyone is different.
Most dr will start around 100 depending on your starting levels. Then do that for three months and do blood work to see what your level is. Then adjust from there. Once you get your levels consistent you can run a blast. You are shutting down your natural production. Then replacing it with your injection. You don’t want to be running too much consistently.

I stick with twice a week. I used to go once per week but found I felt a lot better twice per week
 
The ester is long enough to go once a week. Everyone is different on their approach and how they feel. I feel a ton better going twice a week and have kept it that way now for many years. You can decide based on bloodwork and how you feel but when I coach I have people go twice per week. For me, there is much better blood stability and a far better overall feeling

split the injections to monday and thursday
this way you get a smooth ride on the peaks of test levels

I am doing once a week when I am cruising but during a cycle I am doing twice per week. I agree that twice per week keeps the peaks and valleys more consistent. So if you are comfortable with twice a week the go for it.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will pin 100mg every Monday and Thursday. For now til June I am just going to stick to Test C 200mg/week, I will post a log closer to my blast and ask for some input on that.

why not keep a TRT log training diet? will be helpful to plan your next cycle so we can see how you do
 
Got a few pins in now Monday and Thursday 100mg each pin. I am training 3X per week got my diet up to 270g or so of protein per day. Last cycle I did was last summer and it was 500mg Test E for 14 week with the last 6 weeks adding 50mg Anavar. My protein was around 180g during that so hoping to see more gains now.
I am running 200mg Test C til June when I will blast, planning on Tren A 250mg and Test E Monday Wednesday Friday. Should I up my Test dose after 5 months for the blast or keep it at 200mg and let the Tren shine? Goals are lean mass gains

protein ok but how about meals? what you actually eating? all those steroids and no diet or training log not good

keep your test dose the same IMO dont go high test

Breakfast everyday - 3 eggs english muffin with peanut butter apple juice

Snack - oatmeal greek yogourt protein shake

Lunch - Chicken stir fry (mushrooms, green and red peppers, broccoli, salsa, chicken breast) protein shake

Snack - can of Tuna greek yogourt protein bar

After work snack - protein shake banana mandarin orange

Dinner - steak mushrooms 3 potato skins with cheese bacon and sour cream

Snack - cottage cheese chocolate milk

Usually every day will be the same except lunch and dinner and that varies from Chicken and pasta, meatballs and white rice, meatloaf, beef cubes with rice, shepards pie, sweet potatoes, beans, and a few different chicken dishes

and when you say protein shake how much protein?
 
You are getting there and making progress. Like these guys mention details can make or break your cycle.
The more specific you are the better they can help.
Diet wise if protein numbers are good but timing, fats or carbs are out of wack then your spinning your wheels.
Dialing in diet is huge Benefit but not super difficult.
Blood work is a must. You don’t want to be running too high of test for an extended period. I would do what your are doing with the twice per week at 100 each injection then do blood. I think you will find that is too much for a cruise /TRT. But only bloods and time will tell.

Since it is TRT/Cruise, you can start with once per week. In the end though, the more often you inject the better. Your body should naturally produce small amounts of testosterone every single day so ideally you mimic that. Now we know esters help smooth things out so that is why I would start with once per week. Adjust as needed.
