Test 400

Hi,
I was going to do EQ and Test Prop, someone told me about Test 400.

There is not much research on Test 400, what I know its a proprietary blend of three test (P, C, E). In addition, its very painful, but you only inject once or twice a week.
Has anyone tried it?
Side effects?

Please keep in mind this is my starter cycle.

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
I am 5'5 150lbs, 16% body fat
I workout at least 5 times a week
I also play hockey, rollerblade and swim.
I have only cycled winny and eq
I eat clean, low starchy carbs, high protein, high healthy fats...similar to CKD
I want to put on 5-10 lbs of lean muscle mass, I will using my diet and workout regime to lower my body fat percentage.
I want to have 10% body fat, but still have some size and strength. Hopefully three months is enough time.

Age? I see 1980 in your screen name, would you be 32? 150 lbs @ 16% bf? Think you should work on your training and nutrition before you jump on anymore cycles? Just my $.02...

I don't think you're going to put on 5-10lbs of lean muscle AND drop your BF from 16 to 10% in 3 months. Very unlikely. Dropping from 16 to 10% is going to be a task in itself (although very doable) but to do that while adding significant muscle is going to be really tough. I'd reccomend getting your diet in check, leaning up and then doing a clean bulk. Strip it down without gear and then use the gear to build. If you were holding a lot more muscle I'd switch my tune and tell you to use gear while you cut to hold that muscle but you're not holding that much muscle so you shouldn't have trouble holding what you've got while you cut. Others will say, forget the cut and just start bulking and that's certainly a way to go it's just that I would never want to climb u there to 18-20% bodyfat in a bulk so it's just personal preference.

Bluetwistedsteel67- I fully understand adding 5-10lbs and dropping bf is not very realistic. I should have been more clear, I want to drop bf to 10%, I have done it before with strict dieting and working out hard, I know how difficult it is, and how much sacrifice and dedication is required.
The only reason I wanted to cycle EQ is because I wanted to hold on to the muscle I have while I cut, I wanted a hard, lean body. The reason I put Test 400 with EQ is because ppl online say to always run test with any cycle.

T-400 is no joke, I have ran it several times because it was readily available to me and I was listening to my educated bros at my gym...NOT! And that is exactly what I would get after each injection of it...so with trial and error, I found only 1/2 cc each pin at a time with T-400...the stuff is great, but if your 1st cycle...steer towards just one ester of test. Yes, you already know what to do to drop bf, you just said it...diet, hard work, and dedication bro...then later after you have done some additional homework we can discuss a cycle. PM me if you feel more comfortable discussing training & nutrition strategies, and natty supplements that will help you minimize muscle loss during dieting.

the t400 now adays is totally painless. i have ran numerous times in last 3 years. no pain what so ever now 5 years ago you wouldn't walk the next day but times have changed

Yeah it has been about 5 years since I have touched it...I think it was Denkall or something like that...shit was gnarly to deal with. Glad to hear times have changed and product has improved...still not for this guy for his first cycle using test IMO.
