test 250 cypionate one cycle any damage?

if i shoot 1ml every 5 days do 10 shots and then come off of the cycle and take novadex for a couple of weeks.. should i worry about getting a blood test etc? ive been reading to much bs online and its turning me away from doing this cycle .. just dont want to do any damage to my body for the long haul
 
You need blood tests results on and off to make good sense of them. Once cycle won't hurt much but for all you know you could have a pre existing condition of some sort.

If you are a health adult (21+) male, then one cycle like that will be fine.
That cycle is 7 weeks long, and we recommend that a test enanthate cycle to be run 10-12 weeks. It "kicks in" around week 3-4, so 3-4 weeks of being on might be a little short.

5 8 165.. body fat is probably about 12 % ... i have a good workout routine.. mondays i work chest and try's 3 different exercises for each muscle group... tuesday bi's and back same thing 3 exercises for each muscle group... wednesday day off thursday shoulders and abs friday legs... diet is not bad morning ill have a couple pieces of toast some fruit maybe some eggs snack at 10 oclock 12 oclock sandwich or either have chicken or fish 3 oclock small snack 5 -6 dinner usually something healthy... what do you think?? im suppose to do another shot today but i hate needles lol only have done one so far
 
OK first of all, your diet doesn't sound good, or consistant. you NEED protein all day, for your size on cycle at least 225 grams. Spread over 4 meals and a PWO shake thats 45 grams for every meal. when you say, maybe eggs, snack, its not too consistant and consice. do you know what Im getting at?
2nd- what is yuor age>
3rd- where do you get you source of information from? If from the general public and the media, just ignore them. If AS caused cancer, a lot of members would be posting up. we have seen nothing. There is no evidence that links AS to cause cancer.
Will some steriods cause liver values and cause the BP to go up, yes, and even more if you abuse it. 250 mgs is a low dose. get you blood, bp, etc check before and after a cycle to make sure you are recovering.
 
sorry ya i get what ur getting at... im 23... and i will for sure go get some protein tommorrow.. the stuff im doin is test 250 cypionate.. also does it cause hair loss? i dont know if i know enough to do this shit maybe just get rid of it?
 
research is key..... the more you know the better off you will be... pct is key to any cycle.... read the thread in the AS called STEROIDS 101...
 
you need to get your diet and routine dialed in while you learn about aas, stick around the forums for a while. there is a wealth of knowledge here already laid out for ya, just use the search button and itll keep you busy.

Nobody knows for sure. If you're not comfortable don't do it. You can gain good size naturally but not the way you're eating. From the sounds of it your training isn't much to write home about either. If you don't get on top of things from the start you'll gain mostly water weight.

Steroids can't create muscle out of thin air. You need to get in 200+ grams of protein DAILY along with quality carbs and good fat. In addition you need to have an AI around just in case and stuff for PCT. The actual steroids are the tip of the iceberg as far as real cycle cost go.
 
woudl you mind hookin me up with a good diet and workout routine im really sick of not gaining any size.. when im workin out pretty decent.. and the juice is to much for me ive hurd to much negative to do it now... and i dont wanna end up doing any damage to myself in the long run

gotta put a lot of effort into research before you can get the results you want, it keeps you safe and helps you keep your gains.
 
sample simple diet off the top of my head
Meal 1- 3eggs- 3 egg whites, 2 slices of whole grain/ multi grain bread or 1 cup of oatmeal for carbs
Meal 2- 1 can of tuna and 2 more slices of multigrain bread. Or chicken, turkey, beef whatever you like with 1 cup brown rice.
Meal 3- 2 chicken breasts and 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4- 30-50 grams of simple carbs/ juice/ dextrose and 50-60 grams of whey protein PWO (post work out shake)
Meal 5- Steak or Chicken and salad with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing.

That's enough protein, carbs and fats for you to grow.
 
now how about a routine??? i missed my shot yesterday think im just going to go off of it.. untill i learn more what do you think????
 
ok routine now is ... monday chest and triceps.. flat bench 4 sets of 185x12 195x10 205x 10 215 or 225 for 4 or 5... incline bench dumbells usually 60's x12 for 4 sets... chest fly's 45's x12 for 4 sets... triceps... i use the rope and do pull downs usually 150x12 150x12 160x10 160x10.. then skull crushers... 65x12 75x10 75x10 85x6 then usually ill do close grip bench 155 x10 4 sets...

tuesday back and biceps

back- lat pull downs 130x12 140x10 150x10 160x8
pull ups 12,12,12,12
single arm rows.. 60x 10,60x10,60x10,60x10

biceps- z bar curls .. 65x12.65x12 75x10, 75x10
concentrated curls 35x10 x4
hammer curls 35x12 x4

wednesday day off

thursday shoulders and abs

Shoulders: military press 50x12 50x12 60x10 60x10
standing shoulder raises .. 20x12 x4
rear deltoid raises 20 pounds a size x 4
abs- pull downs 160x12 x4
sitting on the ball 4 sets of 30
incline sit ups 30x 4 sets

friday Legs

Leg press
Leg extensions
leg curls

also should i just finish up this cycle because i have already started??? have doctors ever researched to see what it does to u?? like it cant be good shooting artifical test into your body??? and shutting down your natural?? i dont know much just questions i need answers to lol
 
bump.. also in your ass should you always check the needle if your in a vein? what r the chances of hitting a vein? just curious? some people tell me not to worry about it
 
people are going to stop responding if you don't read the forums and threads they are telling you about first. I understand ADD and it can be hard to get through some of the threads but..Read a little them come back with some questions that show you spent a moment learning the search tool.

hitting a vein would probably suck but

so would finding out your girlfriend used to be named rob
 
hahaha thanks.. ya im reading right now... thanks for the info... i just was really busy earlier working and im suppose to shoot up soon but im just going to take some time off i think to research first
