Terrible pain in butt after injection!!

Ok after injecting in the right cheek and working out that day, i noticed a huge pain/ soreness the next morning. It feels like there is something seriously wrong but there are no bruises or discoloration. At first I was thinking the gear never dissolved correctly and is sitting in a pocket in my butt but then I remembered something strange happened. When I let go of the syringe before removing it after injection, it twisted as if it was caught on a muscle or something.
Basically I am trying to find out what my problem is. It hurts to sit and sometimes I even have a hard time walking!! It has been like this for 3 days now. WILL THIS PAIN GO AWAY?

I don't think i would get overly worried just yet with an oil based product .. now water based solutions are another story !!

Years ago when i first started using sust i got the same thing ... hell i had to skip a few ball games cuz i could'nt even run ...

Without bruising or discolouration of the skin i would'nt freakout to much .. if it makes you feel better put some heat on that spot ... if the pain persists or gets even worse in the next three days then off to the doctor with you ... it should slowly get better not worse

make sure you massage the area very well after the injection. Are you doing it before bed or in the a.m? I would suggest the a.m. so that you can have thorough movement throughout the day to massage the area.

I am with Boxerjake on this one. No discoloration I wouldn't worry too much. Make sure you are using proper location and technique for injections though because it can make problems for some.

Ok now worries for now. For the past two weeks I have been doing it in the am.
As for having problems with water based gear, I never had an issue with sust although I didn't know it was water based.
But I have another question....
What happens to oil based gear when it is in extreme heat like in a car for periods of time? Does this change any properties in the gear that would affect results?

Sust is'nt water based .. you miss read the post

I said i wouldn't worry to much about oil based injectables but water based are another story as they can be full of bacteria if the source is not very legit ... i would never use water base gear unless i was 100% sure of it's origin

The heat in your car will not effect your oilbase product .. fact is you can put the stuff in your oven to purify it at tempatures way past anything realized outdoors or inside a vehicle mid summer

It's common to be sore at the injection site. Regular heat application and massages of the area are something to consider. Also, switching injection sites is a possibility.

If the needle twisted when you let go you prob contracted the muscle and cut a little tissue. It's likely just sore from the trauma. If the site even looks like it's turning red and getting warm go straight to the nearest clinic. You'll need 2g Rocephin IM and 875-1000mg Amoxicillin or Augmentin PO for 10 days.

BTW, this advice is not a prescription, but for educational purposes only.
