Coming out in July of 2003 I really hope this movie doesn't blow. They have NICK STAHL playing John Connor which I don't see going well. John Connor should be this tough mother fucker not some skinny dork.

And they have some chick (super model/actress...great...) KRISTANNA LOKEN playing the Terminator-X. This has signs of shittiness already

I think Arnolds salary leaves nothing for the others. I'll wait for opinions. Good chance it will disappointment.

Female villains and action stars rarely come off as truely bad ass. They just seem like actresses pretending to be bad ass. Hell, half the time it seems more like a cutesy, "Hey, look, I can beat up boys" type of thing. There are some exceptions- Sigourney Weaver did well in the "Alien" movies- but for the most part chicks suck at being bad motherfuckers. I think a big part of this is due to the fact that they try to cast someone with sex appeal too. So you have some sexy chick who spent six months with a personal trainer before the shoot and is now sporting little mini-biceps and has a little cap in her shoulders, she puts on some black, low-cut tough-girl garb and we're supposed to be intimidated or impressed? A psycho bitch like Kathy Bates in "Misery"? Yeah, that's freaky. But Angeline Jolie and her lips going out and kicking ass? Give me my fucking money back.

The only bad ass chicks that actually convince me were: The Spanish chick from Girl Fight and that other chick from Resident Evil (Well they were both in that film, good one at that too)
Gettinlarger brings up a good point...no James Cameron...then you're pretty much fucked. This movie will bring in a lot of money basically because we all want to see it. We'll take the chance of it completely sucking our left nuts but whatever. It's always fun to see Arnold kick some other Terminator's ass.
