Tennis enough for cardio?

IM not trying to do extreme cardio, but I want to get to around 8, 9% BF in 5 weeks. ALso want to build muscle since Im on a cycle.

Is an hour of tennis 4-5x a week enough for fat loss? Or do I need an actual HIIT program, something where my heart rate stays constant?

Also what to eat before/after? If you eat before you run do you burn fat still or are you burning the food you just ate? And after I will obviously have a protein shake.

not sure whether to run on an empty stomach upon waking up, or after a workout
 
First you say cardio, then you say fat loss. These are two different things.

tennis is going to burn calories, which may or may not help with fat loss/muscle gain, depending on your diet. If you are over eating, then it will help, if you are under eating, then it will hurt.

If you are concerned about cardio, describe your current level of cardio fitness.

When I say cardio I mean fat loss. I want to burn fat, but Im already at around 9%. I want to get to 8%. Im on cycle so it seems like muscle should not decrease and I can burn fat at the same time.

IM not really concerned about cardio, Im in good shape. Have been my whole life. My diet is high protein but around 3000 cals a day. Main thing I do is eat no simple carbs after 3PM and 6-7 meals a day. Always ocntains milk, eggs, whey, meat, oats, PB, brown rice, almonds, veggies, fruit.

why not just enjoy your tennis game and not worry about it? eat to grow, your on cycle...

just hit up some intervals for 15 minutes after a lifting session if you want to burn some fat.

but i dont see why you would, you already look rippling and awsome...you should be adding mass and strength on your first cycle not trying to get even more ripped than u are!

I agree and I've told him this a few times. You are very lean bro. Why worry about cutting on this cycle. i would be a food processing human forklift If I was you. You can cut after PCT. Good luck in what ever you chose to do.
 
OK OK you guys convinced me for the last time. Fuck cutting I hate cutting too many damn questions and variables and ll this other shit Im gonna bulk im gonna eat nonstop for the last 6 weeks like a fucking horse on EQ

im runnin test/katanadrol right now. week 9 of test , week 2 of katanadrol. did dbol weeks 1-4. Im feeling amazing right now on this shit, katanadrol is gettin me a little edgy and impatient

I want eq next time around, for the vascularity. I keep gettin caught up with cutting. Im weighin 190 right now, you think its possible to put 10lbs more in 5 weeks?

i think you can put on 10 lbs of mass, and 10 lbs of water in 5 weeks :D

Yea im definetly making it 4000 cals, the rest of my cals are gonna be from extra oats, rice, milk and ww bread and PB

dude brandons got it if he really went from 13% BF to 8% BF. Fuckin amazing, well get 2nd and 3rd watch. I think this was both our first cycles
