You need to see someone that does Platelet Rich Concentrate injections. It's growth factors and stem cells harvested from a tube of your own blood, injected into the tear directly. Incredible results.

a run of IGF-1LR3 would probbibly help tendons and injurys.
50mcg ed for 5-6 weeks.
also anavar is very good for speeding up collagen synthesis.
not sure what type of products your looking for to help out.

My problem is golfer's elbow in both elbows. I've used cissus and it seemed to help (just a couple weeks before my igf1 came). I've been using igf1 lr3 and I think that may have been the ticket. I'm still careful, have made changes to my routine and used wrist wraps, but I feel like I'm on the road to a full recovery. BTW, I've only been using 10mcgs ed.

Remeber though, if its real bad you need to back off. Your body will still need time to recover no matter what you take. A week or two off, followed by active rest.

I have strained my lower bicept tendon bad. im 41 and my wrist and elbows cant seem to handle the heavy dumbbell weight im using (100lbs +0 ) ive already snapped one tendon in my left arm (its gone up under the bi) I dont want to do the same with the other arm

Top powerlifters take laurabolin year around for callagen synthesis (tendon Regen) basically, Laurabolin, Deca Durabolin, Anavar, Primo, Equipoise, drugs like that. They increase callagen synthesis about 2-4 times over what one could naturally achieve. Anyway, these are all steroids so only take them if you are responsible, old enough and dedicated.

had it done, totally works one of the best ideas, my doc ever had. guy took a huge amount and did a powerful injection, takes ur body and ORDERS IT to put shit back together, great innovation in the last 10 years.
