I mean to feel in in my chest i had to flex it almost same as no wieght ... is it just for the stretch??

HOw can you keep from making a W shape?? i understand how to do it but not the point what does it target??

ditto, I dont understand the point of doing this either. Most of the load goes on front deltoids. I've done this with declines before.
