While "roid rage" may be a myth, there are certain drugs that do alter your personality and make you more prone to aggression. I know that with tren, I can tell that I am more unpleasant to be around than I would be naturally. Maybe I should exercise more self-control or whatever, but just saying that there is a chemical reaction going on here and it can have noticable effects on behavor.
