I'm a 32 year old male who is NOT interested in lifting competitively nor do I want to look like the terminator. I only lift to look good naked. To that end I have been looking for a way to bring out the elusive "6 pack". My searches have brought me to Oxandrolone and Tamoxfin. Being a supplement virgin I have no idea what dosage, quantity to purchase. I am also getting conflicting info on how and when to take them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I should probably add I'm currently 160 lbs.

Help.....Im running a cycle of Dieselbolan 3x day , along with 19-Tren TFO 3x day. After 9 days into the cycle, lower back pain put me out of work for 2 days. I dont want to have to discontinue the cycle because of my gains. This cycle is part one of a four part cycle from MrSupps (Need to Build Muscle) . Part two is the use of a bridge for a month. Part three is Beastdrol and Katanadrol for a month followed by a month of PCT.
I have been using Taurine along with Potassium and a prostate supp. From any experienced user, what are my options....any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

also add magnesium to your supps and a good muti. Lower the dose of both 2 2 caps a day of each.

I did a couple of testo-e cycles without any probs but when i started to add tren or deca i started to itch like a crazy baboon. So i went of the cycle and took some allergy tests against food and stuff but it didn't show anything at all. i also get very dry skin using tren and deca.

So i waitied 8 weeks and started a new cycle with test-e and deca. But allready after the first day my skin starts to itch and i have no rash or anything on my skin. and Telfast doesn't work against it at all. my urin is fairly pure and my stool has a normal color haha.
But i'm guessing i can never use any 19-nor steroids again?

Is it a ug lab or a real lab. It could be the kind of oil they used. Lots of people get a reaction like this to EO oil and other oils.

It's UG Oxide labs from russia. i'm not sure which oils used in it. But woulnd't the allergy test i tok at the doctor show reaction to oils?

Ok let me ask you some questions then. Are you on (ACTH) or a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin®), or diabetes medicine (insulin or oral medicine such as glipizide, glyburide, Amaryl®, Actos™, Avandia®, Glucotrol®, Glucophage®).?

How are your kidneys? do you have or know if you might have kidney disease called nephrosis or nephrotic syndrome?
