tell me your on cycle problems and I will come up with something to help

So im 7 weeks in to my cycle. i am now up to 750 mgs of test e and 400 mgs of deca. Im training for a bodybuilding show and my workouts have been very intense
thanks to preworkout drink 1mr. my problem is after my workouts im left with a kinda spacy feeling in my head and im completely drained. only sleep helps. i almost feel like my sugar levels may been messed up. any idea how to correct the problem?

2 questions:

1) I have been off for a month and I'm 2 weeks into my PCT with 2 weeks left. I really want to start cutting because my waist is entirely too big for my liking, but I'm scared to start cutting down on my diet because I know I need to eat big to retain my gains from my cycle. Should I just keep eating big these last 2 weeks of post cycle before i start cutting to retain gains? Or will it not make much of a difference if I started cutting now instead of later?

2) In my PCT I am running

Nolva: 20/20/10/10
Arimidex @ .5mg/day

Since I am going down to 10mg of nolva/day, should I take the arimidex down to .25, or maybe .5 eod? What do you think?

BTW my cycle was 500mg test/week.

Would it hurt to go from a SARMS cycle straight into a Test E cycle? If I need to do a PCT should I wait the standard time on + PCT = time off before I start a new cycle?

I think you could go from a sarms cycle right into a steroid cycle yes, but this would also still depend on the time between your last cycle and the sarms cycle. Samrs is some what suppressive but not a lot. I would rank it around the same as dermacrine in terms of suppressive. A light 4 week cycle is not going to shut you down however its also not going to allow complete recovery ether. So keep this in mind. It can still be effectively used in many ways. :biggrin::biggrin:

first off looking at the brake down of BPI 1.M.R it looks to be a fairly good product. Over priced though even on bb.com. 35 bucks and all you get is 30 servings ( at best) If you like this product you should give N2KTS a try I am sure you will love it.

Now onto your problem. Bro this could be do to a number of different reasons. Persinally I feel the combined effects of your intense work outs, the large cycle you are one that sup you are taking and other factors. May have lead to whats known as Adrenal fatigue. Caffeine and other stims have all been well known to strip the body of enzymes and minerals thus leading to a burn out down the rode.

A few extra days rest, no stims of any kind, increased water, 25mg co-q-10 daily and you may be feeling better in no time.

first of here is a small part of a thread I made a wile back.

Ok you were below cal maintenance well on your cycle and that was fine because steroids helped. Now what?
Or you were bulking and eating everything in site but now that you are off cycle you are worried about gaining fat?

No more super fast nutrition retention,no more steroids helping you recover faster. Sure does suck don't it. Guess what its about to suck even more. Unless you can get this one perfect your screwed (again genitally gifted need not apply thanks)

Kick calories up to just above maintenance and Protein better be a big part of the kick up 50/30/20 is a good idea
if you keep it real clean you should not have a problem. Not eating enough during this time is the most common down fall of all. Most people think they are not on so they should eat less. Or maybe they think eating a lot less will save them from gaining fat again... Again your muscles will suffer and in the end so will body fat% Just keep it clean and eat more not less.

You are going to gain some BF% back but if done right its not going to be a crap load... Don't be the guy who freaks out and losses his head just because it happens. Stick to the plan.

Now this is where a good product combo of gear and need2slin can greatly help you reduce the bf well keeping the muscle during pct.

This is a great product for helping you maintain a healthy fat level and still getting in the right amount of cals to prevent muscle lose during pct. I think it would be a awesome product for you and i say this because i give a damn.

Truthfully unless you are having estrogen problems I think you can drop the adex altogether but yes dropping it down to .5mg every other day would be a good choice. :biggrin::biggrin:
