tell me your on cycle problems and I will come up with something to help

im 24 years and im on my third week of sustanon 250 cycle. ive always had a little bit of tendinitis in my shoulder but now its every where. it feels like every tendon in my body is falling apart. ive tried glucosomine, time off and prescription anti inflammatory and nothing seems to work. Is this something i just have to deal with? is it normal to have tendinitis like this? i guess i could deal with it cause its more of a bother then a pain but its annoying as hell!!! i was thinking of stopping this cycle and starting a deca only cycle and resting my whole body till everything heals but i love the results. i get the most pain when i work out chest and shoulders both in my shoulders and elbows. do ne of you guys have this as well and just work through it? Do your tendons go back to normal when you come off a cycle or r u screwed for life once you get the pain?

i could really use ur help on this one.

When you are on cycle many people forget that your muscle are growing and getting stronger at a much faster rate then your bones and tendons. This has caused a lot od injuries to people. Warm up and take it easy. Give them time to catch up.

yah...Liver support. Any you can just roll down to the store and buy? Say your doing 2 tabs a day of cyclobolan. You think throwin the liver support is necessary from the get go? Or will some people with good water intake not need it?

I'm having quite a problem with HBP on cycle. Any OTC supps that can remedy this? My face is beat red in the heart of winter :(

Bro we got so much to talk about its not funny.( premixed from a trusted source) I sure and fuck hope its test suspension and winny even then its not a good first cycle but what ever.

Diet and training I bet my life needs help though. You prob do not know about ai's and pct ether so just send me a pm and will get down to business. Post up if you like. I am just going to ask you to start a log anyway.
 
I have ordered Armidex to offset the sides from dbol. however my girlfriend has pills or diuretics that help with fluid retention . My question is are they as good as the Armidex I have order?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! diuretics can raise "bad" cholesterol (and also blood sugar) among a slew of other problems. They can also rob bones of calcium. They leech the body of sodium, potassium, calcium and other vitamins and minerals. Using will also put you at risk of dehydration among other problems.

Stick with a little anti e bro. I myself say let the bloat fly unless you start to get gyno problems. Use the extra estro and bloat to blast out some heavy lifting and put on some muscle. Later in the cycle (unless running a very short cycle) drop in some proviron. When you drop the dbal most of the bloat will drop on its own during the course of the rest of the cycle. Adding in the provi will help to bring estro back down,lower shbg,raise free test,and tighten the whole package up.
 
Problems I have with Turanabol.... stomache cramp, contstipation and being bloated even when drinking around 3 litres of water a day and taking milk thistle capsules 3 times daily.
This is on 60mg (2x30mg - once in the morning and once early evening) should I be splitting the dose up differently?
I am also taking creating monohydrate daily, soy milk and protein (as I am dairy intolerant) but these should not affect it should it?
Would I be getting these symptoms if I was on var instead?

Other than this problem I loved turanabol... saw veins popping up all over my body, saw my strength increase in the gym like crazy and put on some good mass at the same time, until this problem got too much.... I had to cut my cycle short to 4 weeks instead of 8 because it became so unbearable....

What could I do differently when I attempt this again?
I know eating more fibre and drinking even more water... maybe 5+ litrees a day.... anything else?

Yes this is my first cycle.
1ml 50mg Avanvar taken twice a day

Today is the 9th day and I havent weighed myself yet, here are the sides:

1. After 6 days gained 7lbs
2. Slight achy muscles sometimes, like growing pains or something, but definatly aching. (happen about 4 times the past week)
3. Light acne, very light, just spots here n there, one on bicep, a few on shoulders and pecks, one on forehead.
4. testicle area hurt 2x the past week, not really big but again an ache.
5. it appears as though i am growing before my eyes. After taking a dose last night and lifting dumbbells at my house my arms felt extremly pumped up. almost like they were balloons gonna explode. that seems to only happen if i workout an hour or so after i take it.

I'm going to weigh myself at the gym right now to get a more up-to-date reading, as well as a blood pressure reading. (last i checked, the blood pressure did go up slightly since i first started.)

You are doing 100mg of var which is a pretty strong dose. Its also your first cycle and anyone will tell you this will always be your best cycle. You are fresh and your body reacts well to the steroid.. Enjoy it bro.

Lets look at it like this. What you are on is real. I mean your getting bad ass gains so its deff real..

Now What would be the reason for some one not giving you var but rather something else. Also what would be the common replacement.

WEll the reason would be to save money. And the common replacement would be dbol. If you were on 100mg of dbol ed you would fucking know it. In fact you would more then likely be getting a lot of the dbol sides from that dose. Bloated,back pumps,high pb,maybe some gyno, 100mg ed dbol is a lot of fucking dbol.. You would know it.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I know its definatly real theres no question about that. I guess I didnt state that right, what I am taking is 25mg or .5 twice a day, so its 50mg not 100mg.

I am getting slightly tight lower back but I've always had back problems so I could probably rule that out. And I definatly am getting puffy.

I checked the scale today and I'm still at 7lbs gained since two days ago. Its probably because I stopped eating as much when I got scared.

Again I've only been on this for 9 days so I guess I'll continue as is and see how things go.

I would start the hcg around week 4 and run it 500iu's ew right till the end of the cycle.


Your pct is enough serums to fucking kill some one. Use 25mg clomid ed for 4 weeks and sustain alpha 5 pumps ed... or 10mg nolva ed and 5 pumps sustain alpha for pct... Price is the same but results and way better. Less sides and less feeling like shit.

This is a change in cycle for you if i remember correctly right?
you were not on tren before right.
 
Yep 8 weeks on tren now, current on week 2.

Not sure I I tweaked my back in the gym or if it's the drugs

1. The large amount of food in your stomach is causing presser and therefor pain to your spine. (yes this can happen. ANd the amount of food you are eating its even more likely. Help= stop eating so much at once.

2. tren pumps. Yes this is also very common. Taurine is a good supplement to help and some banana's.

3. kidneys??? but because its not a constant pain and only from standing I would rule this out.

4. Ya hurt it in the gym. Get rest.


I would still get a blood test done just to be on the safe side.

I think you should up the protein to at least 300 grams and drop the carbs down to 100. As long as the fat grams are mostly omega fats there is no need to worry about them to much. At your size a cutting diet would be 212 pounds times 12 bro.. so thats 2544. cals a day. 1752 is way to low man. Way to low. Just up the protein to 300 drop the carbs to 100 and keep the fat below 65 and mostly omega fats.

No need to drop the does and the clen is a waist really.

Meal 4: 1 can tuna, 2 whole grain rice cakes

Meal 5: 8oz orange roughy, 8oz grean beans, large salad(tomatos, mushroom, onion, 2 tbs "free ranch")

snack throughout day (between meals) - 8oz chicken

Hi, im a former football player (I mention that becuse I am still at my football weight of about 300lbs) and have had problems dropping weight, A friend suggested that winstrol may help with my diet and excersize to lose body fat, after researching I dont know if by itself Winstrol would help, any suggestions?

I am currently running and lifting in the evenings and am watching my carb and fat intake for my diet.

Tell him how many calories+ratios you're eating, what kind of workouts, how tall you are and approx. bodyfat% (And diet/exercise/lifestyle is 80% of the equation, steroids are the other 20%.)

And needtogetaas, if I'm trespassing on your territory bro, just let me know and I'll stay outta here. :cool:
 
Thanks, Im 6'2" approx 20 % body fat. Most of my workouts consists of high reps of medium weight for me( 4 sets pf 12 at 225 on bench and same sets of 315 on squats). I switch off days between chest and shoulders then legs. I run a mile to two miles aday and keep my simple carb intake as low as I can, I take in between 2 and 3 thousand calories a day. I think Im going to start taking winstrol EOD at 50 mg for 6 weeks would that be a smart move?

I know that winstrol itself may hurt my liver, but since this would be my first cycle Im not too worried about that. But I heard you get much better results in strength and tone if I stacked it with something like clen.

Well i think you can get what you want threw diet and work outs. I mean if you just have to have the juice a test only cycle at first is better. No matter what kind of aas you use you can still cut or bulk with them. yes some work better then others but its all the same end results.


You want cals in cals out bro. In order to loose body fat you need to give you muscle enough protein to sustain them and then cut the cals and other shit enough to burn the fat. You know burn the fat feed the muscle. Pretty simple.


You want to east 6 meals a day at least. spread your meals out. this is what you want to eat for total cals each day... ( use fitday.com too keep track of it)...

300 is your weight and 20% is your body fat. So you want to subtract your body fat from 300lb and this will give you the number you will start working with.

20% of 300 is 60lb's take 60 from 300 you are left with 240

240x12 for cutting = 2880 total cals a day.
240x2=480 this is the amount of protein you want to eat in grams. each gram of protein is = to 4 cals 480x4=1920 this is the amount of protein you want to it in cals.

Now you are trying to cut. You do not want to stop eating all carbs but you do not want them to high. You also want them to be clean carbs aka complex and veggies./

125 grams of carbs a day is a good number for a guy like you. like protein each gram of carbs is =to 4 cals so you are looking at 500 cals from carbs ed.

add your protein cals and your carb calls this = 2420. subtract this number from your total cals 2880-2420=460
460 is the amount of fat you will eat for the day each day in cals. every gram of fat is =to 9 cals so divide 460 by 9 = about 52 this is the fat in grams. bring it all down and it looks like this.

total daily cals 2880
protein in 480grams about 1920 cals
carbs 125grams about 500 cals
fat 52 grams about 460 cals
.

that is the diet part of is. This will give you a 50/30/20 split of protein/carbs/fat.

Eat 6 times a day and keep your carbs complex. If you need a list of complex carbs its been posted 1000 times on the diet forum. keep fat to at least half omega fats if you can. If you need a list of foods for this again check the diet forum. try to get as much Whole food protein as you can ie meat nuts, and fish. I feel 1-2 protein shakes a day is fine. 3 if you got a good shake that is low in sugar and other useless carbs. a good protein bar like the ones I make Better Protein Bars is fine too as its a 100% natural whole food.


Remember as your weight and body fat % changes your diet needs to change with it. Each week you need to tke another look at where you are and adjust your diet accordingly. Your total cals protein/carbs/fat only need to come down if your base weight comes down. With a high amount of protein this should not happen. if your base weight aka weight after bf% goes up then your protein must go up with it.

If after 3-4 weeks your bf% has not come down then its clear you need to

1. do more cardoi
2. eat cleaner and recheck what you have been shoving in your face.
3. bring down the carbs some.

Ok needto here's my prob;I've been on androgel 2 grams/day with 40 mgs turanabol ed for the last month,and was planing of stoping the turanabol for a month and returning for the last month of my 3 months cycle since t-bol only is effective for around 28 days.
Yesterday was the end of the first month of my cycle so i stopped the turanabol and boom today when i woke up i was deasy and feeling weak very much,just like when i finished my previous cycles...But right now i'm still on androgel so i should be feeling good anyways...But it aint the case.
My last cycle was EQ 400 mgs/week and turanabol 50 mgs ed and when i finished my cycle i was feeling the same way,so i got a blood draw done and it came back with a iron deficiency so my doc concluded i was suffering from aanemia,asked me if i was bleeding,if i had some sort of emmoragie(kinda scary ..lol)and prescribed me iron sulfate for 3 months...
At my first cycle as well i felt the same,shitty weak,and deasyness too.can that be caused by droppuing the turanabol too drasticaly?I was thinking that maybe my body has a too big fluctuation of hormone and react too that...should i drop it gradualy,like 30 mgs a fews days and 20 some other fews days etc?and is it normal to be low on iron after a cycle or some turanabol dosageto the point of being annemique?I know its quite normal to have a zinc and magnesium difficient but never heard comment of dudes being annemique after a cycle...I always tought it was because my hpta was low that i felt this way but since i'm on androgel it isnt that forshure so it must be my iron...

I m having some estro related issues as well just to give u all the infos,sensitive niples and a litlebit of fat gain as well,i was takin .25 arimidex eod so i upped it at .25-ed..

heres the details of my current cycle:

androgel 2 grms-day for the 12 weeks
turanabol 40 mgs-day first month and last month
hcg 100 iu starting at the end of the second week
arimidex .25 eod (now upped at .25-ed)

instead of me using tamoxifen when im on tren ace and sus250 what could i use, i heard tamoxifen will make u get gyno faster when on tren??? is this correct, what else could i use if its true thanks
 
ok..im starting my first cycle in a few weeks time using ethanate running it at 1000mg front load then 500mg/wk after for 16 weeks i was going to run it on its own but now thinking of using oxy's (anadrol) in the first 6 weeks at 50mg a day and then staying on just ethanate from week 7 to 10 and adding winsrol from week 11 to 16 would you recommend this? and ifso what would you use for pct?
 
ok heres a serious question. I am on a cycle of test prop,winny (oral) eq,and tren. and im having trouble urinating in the morning. it gets better as the day goes but the first pee in the morning is a strugle.

Well of course you got some enlargement of the prostate bro. This can happen with cycles like this one. As long as its not all the damn time and getting worse it will go away when the cycle is over.

First off I like the first cycle of course because it has the test. No I do not think you will need hcg, but its a good idea anyway.

Yes you need to have the sexes so this is why the first cycle is better. It has the test :evil:

Dermacrin is a on cycle,pre pct, or stand alone product. its not for pct. It can take the place of a light test dose in a cycle like this. So if you wanted to opt for no test then run the dermacrine.

It can also be used as a bridge product to make oral cycles longer and give the liver and lipids a brake.

No you can not use test-e in the place of the prop on a 6 weeks cycle. You would need 10 weeks at least man.
