tell me your on cycle problems and I will come up with something to help

Running 75mg tren ace eod and 500mg sus a week.

I have such painful tight lower back pumps the last 3 days.

The only thing that changed this week was I went off my contest diet around 3000kcal to eating 6-7000kcal. Beside that I'm lost why if I stand for more than 30 min I get this crazy pump where I'm forced to sit down asap. Ideas??
 
What can I expect off this cycle?

Sustanon - 325 MG once a week for 8 weeks
Dianabol - 30 MG every day for the first 4 weeks

And what if I were to run this one?

Testosterone C - 400 MG once a week for 10 weeks
Dianabol - 30 MG every day for the first 4 weeks
 
I dont know which cycle i should do. I want to do tren but then again i want to save it. I want to do a test/test prop/halo/pgcl cycle but im not sure how it will work out.

Im now 6'1" 200lbs

So which one

Test cycle
1-12 test c 500mg monday/thursday (might bump test to 750mg
1-4 test prop 100mg ed
1-4 halo 20mg ed
8-12 50mcg pgcl shots twice daily
Tren cycle
1-10 Tren A 100mg eod
1-10 Test Prop 100 eod
1-10 Mast 100 eod

This is a change in cycle for you if i remember correctly right?
you were not on tren before right.
 
Yep 8 weeks on tren now, current on week 2.

Not sure I I tweaked my back in the gym or if it's the drugs

1. The large amount of food in your stomach is causing presser and therefor pain to your spine. (yes this can happen. ANd the amount of food you are eating its even more likely. Help= stop eating so much at once.

2. tren pumps. Yes this is also very common. Taurine is a good supplement to help and some banana's.

3. kidneys??? but because its not a constant pain and only from standing I would rule this out.

4. Ya hurt it in the gym. Get rest.


I would still get a blood test done just to be on the safe side.
 
What up needto. I'm currently on week 11 of 400mg testE, 600mg EQ, and hcg @ 500iu/wk. I've grown as much as I want to grow.......sorta, and started cutting my calories, adding morning cardio, and clen (1wk on, 1wk off). Since I lowered my calories, should I lower my TestE intake? I'd still like to make quality (EQ) gains while lowering bf%. Lowering bf is my number 1 goal right now.

As for diet, should i start a 500 cal deficit? For me this would be 1752 cals, 243p 129c 22f.

I'm 5'10 212 14%bf 31yrs

I think you should up the protein to at least 300 grams and drop the carbs down to 100. As long as the fat grams are mostly omega fats there is no need to worry about them to much. At your size a cutting diet would be 212 pounds times 12 bro.. so thats 2544. cals a day. 1752 is way to low man. Way to low. Just up the protein to 300 drop the carbs to 100 and keep the fat below 65 and mostly omega fats.

No need to drop the does and the clen is a waist really.
 
Thanks Needto, Here's my diet. how to add calories without raising protein? Add red meat? Below meal plan: 1842cals, 302pro, 134carb, 3,816sodium, 21.5Fat, 21sugar

Meal 1: 2cups egg whites, 2 whole grain pitas (small)

Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 2 whole grain rice cakes

Meal 3: 8oz chicken breat (boneless skinless), 1/2c Brown rice

Meal 4: 1 can tuna, 2 whole grain rice cakes

Meal 5: 8oz orange roughy, 8oz grean beans, large salad(tomatos, mushroom, onion, 2 tbs "free ranch")

snack throughout day (between meals) - 8oz chicken
