I had a feeling that cycle might be a litte harsh. Glad I asked bofore I bought. Would you recommend using any Winni with the Primobolan - methenolone - ? I heard they have some kind of synergistic effect when used together. Is there any brand of Primo 100 you recommend?

So I was hoping you could give me some advice. I am trying to gain lean mass right now...Just started my cycle 1 week ago. I am 5'7 150lbs and just got my bodyfat tested (8%)..I am training 6 days a week and am going to lay out my diet...any suggestion or revisions would be greatly appreciated..i will also lay out my cycle.....I am trying to get that very hard dense vascular look..Putting on 10-15lbs would be great and dropping the body fat to 4-6% also with some sick abs.....

Cycle
Sustanon 500/week..weeks 1-16
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 600/week..weeks 1-16
Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 30mg/day..weeks 1-4
Winstrol 75mg/day weeks 10-16
HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500iu's E5D through out cycle
AND LOTS OF P.C.T READY

Diet

8AM : 4 Eggs, 2 Cups Oatmeal
10AM 2 Packs tuna, 1/4 bag of 90sec rice..brown or pilaf
1pm Same as 10AM or Oatmeal instead of rice 1-2 packets
2-3pm...work out
3:15-3:30 1 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 bag of rice
5:30 1 pack of tuna, one muscle milk protien drink, 1/4 bag of rice...
7:30 1 piece of pork, baby greens salad with cheese and light balsamic
9:30pm...just a 8oz piece of chicken, or 1 piece or pork chop, or 2 packs tuna
All my food is cooked on the foreman grille at work and no marinades really added....
 
hey needto, what's up bro? Hope your doing OK> Here's a problem I've been having for a long time. Current cycle is: 1 gram test ew, 400 mg deca ew, and 60 mg var ed. Whenever I workout chest or even arms, my shoulders start burning really bad, kind of like lactic acid buildup when you get that deep muscle burn that hurts like hell. Welll, the pain is in both shoulders after I'm about 1/2 way through my workout. IT gets so bad, that the only thing that releives the pain and burning is if I bend over and let my arms hang limp for about 1-2 minutes. It hurts so bad sometimes I can't go as heavy as I need to on sets. I do not have rotator cuff problems at all, it only bothers me when I do arms, like tricep pushdowns standing in front of the lat machine or chest incline flyes or flat flyes. got any ideas.?? please pm me with any advice bro. thank you..

sounds to me like a bad case of the pumps bro...are you taking any thing like amp or no2 on top of the gear you are taking.

i know this is needto's thread but i noticed no PWO shake? i think that could help a lot. personalli do 25 grams of whey and 55 grams of maltodextrin right after working out and THEN i would have my 8oz chix and rice. just my .02

Haha..I guess i dont really go to bed at 9:30..its just my last meal...I added another shake last night at 11 of muscle milk and peanut butter and some honey....

no, not taking anything except creatine and glutamine, and aminos. I think you are right about it just being painful pumps, taking IGFLR3 along with my cycle, and maybe that helps the pumps in my shoulders to be painful. I""ll just deal with it. thanks

Anyway just before and right after it went into effect people went nuts and bought up nearly every existing rifle, pistol, and large cap mags that were being banned figuring they'd miss out otherwise. Even many idiots who should never have owned them in the first place. The law kinda back fired (no pun) and more guns were sold than nearly any time in history. Real smart.

So my thought is that with this huge bust and all the hype that the media is playing, almost tantilizing newbs who may have delayed looking into it, now a great deal of (very) recent newcomers may be looking to get involved thinking there may not be a chance in the future. So while some people want to lay low, many new people are now interested due to all the media attention. The laws can cause as many or more problems than they often fix... Just my .02

I starting back after 6 years. I have been working out and dieting hard for 3 months before I began. My weight is 244 with a large frame do to playing football but I'm soft in my stomach and sides. My plan is sus followed by anavar and nolvadex for PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - . My Diet: I'm eating 5 meals a day low complex carbs and high protien w/flax seed oil once a day. I'm working out 4 times a week and doing carido for 30-35 min a day six day a week. My goal is to cut as nuch body fat as possiable while keeping as much hard muscle mass as possiable. Any feed back or advise would be helpfull!

I would try your plain a wile longer with out the juice bro...also your pct is crap.get some hcg to run on cyvle 500ui's ew and some dermacrin sustain for pct after 2 weeks after last shot 4 weeks 5pumps ed dermacrin sustain....

Thanks for the advise. I've been working out but I started the diet 5 weeks agao. I'm also already in week 2 of my cycle. I will use your advise on the PCT for sure thanks. As for the HCG will i be ok starting it on week 4? Should I still run it 500ui's ew. Alos my plan is sus wk1-12 and anavar wk8-14. Thanks for you help.

yes you should be fine starting the hcg week 4..also 4 -6 weeks of var is good.

Hey. You know I've been on straight for 2 years already. Im doing proper PCT as suggested. Question is, in all honesty, how long would you give it to see if I ever get back to some normallacy before the towel gets thrown in and I'm on HRT for life?

I wasn't really looking, nor was I going to hold anyone to the fact, nor was I going to demand proof on an exact time that I should give PCT a try before I go on HRT. Of course I'm a little different from the norm of my cycle, since I was on for 2 years straight. I just wanted an estimate of the amount of time. THanks Needto.

Test Cyp 400 pw 10 wks (I usually take 200 pw hrt)
Eq 400 pw 10 wks
(both 200 twice a week)
Oral Turinabol 50mg ed 6 wks
My question,besides any other advice, is on the Turinabol with a 16 hr half life should I take all 5 tabs at once in the morning? or split in to 2 doses with a smaller concentration but continuous supply?
I train about 6:00 PM, push /pull 4day split

you need to run the eq at least 14 weeks if you EXPECT to see any results

we need to make this a sticky

especially at that LOW of a dose

split the TBOL up.

Its working as soon as you start taking it. Results of all kinds kick in around 8 weeks. 400mg a week is a fine dose bro.

First things first thank you for the great advise you give us day in and day out your the man anyway.

Here it is my daily meals varries some (ie. some nights instead of yams i will eat brown rice some mornings whole wheat english muffin toasted with all natural peanut butter, maybe a can of tuna for luch instead of chicken anyway you guys get the idea any advise is appreciated need to get body fat down i was at 14% back in Feb also was on a Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - - nandrolone decanoate only cycle from Jan-Feb 250 ew tore my acelias tendon playing football with the bros hit a gopher hole and there it was partial tear anyway was out of the gym up until a month ago so gained some weight was eating like crap and not in the gym at all oh and by the way i am 37years old 5"7' 197-200 depending on water retention right now 202 body fat approx 20% too much I will get it checked today not really looking forward to it I have been training off and on since i was 13 ran several test cycles beetween ages 18-26 nothing since last feb Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - i just started a test cyp 250 TW mon & fri total 500 i do have some liquidex coming this week i feel bloated a hell really want to do it right i do not want the fat bloated look too many of those in the gym now i would like to keep some lines thru the winter and maybe even compete someday just for fun this is a hobbie for me the only thing i do not fish.hunt,golf maybe a little but i love to train and i love to be in the gym. Unfortunately last Nov 2006 My wife was 7 1/2 months carrying our son and we lost him its been tough so i really need to focus on this goal to compete helps me to get through the day any way i really appreciate all the help you can give me to get thru the days i love reading all your posts. Anyway enough of my rambling any help greatly appreciated. Pdog

Kind of like shin splints but not the bone. Walking on sand really sets it off. Dianabol - methandrostenolone - is the worst, then Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and everything else is pretty even, when it comes to setting off hte inflamation.

I will deff get to you bro. I am very busy. I can start by saying you don't eat enough bro. More protein most say 1.5 grams for every bl of body weight. I like 2g's for every bl. so for your 200lb you need 250-300g of protein a day.

I do 100mg eod just because I like it like that, But ed is best 50-75mg
 
What up Need? Question, I'm in week 3 of PCT. I've already used HCG and using Derma Sustain and feel pretty good. No signs of gyno no puffy nips.. A little itchy at times but nothing to get too alarmed about. I have Nolva on hand would like to avoid using it. I would like to NOT use the nolva if possible.. What cha think?

I didn't do that big of a run last time and want to stay away from that toxic shit as much as possible. I got my next one lined up bro... Planning it for Jan... cant' fuggin wait...

No one needs to run clomid or nolva when running dermacrine sustain. People just like to. To each his own I say.

Hey needto I was riding my bi "cycle" and the chain is fucked up becuase I let someone barrow it and they left it out in the rain , it got rusty sprayed wd-40 on it but it won't shift that great .

sorry to interupt you brothers...
but im going on a 12 week power lift program, and the computer calculates all your percentages by 1 rep max's at the start.

anyways, im thinking that using test will fuck with my gains because i could be doing more than what the program is telling me to do. im going to be going on test E so it takes awhile to kick in...could i start it 2 weeks before so my 1 reps go up or just carry on with the program is it is?
