I think all this shit people talk about having to be a set weight, or set body fat percent before running a cycle is all a load of horse shit. 90% of the people preaching it deff did not take there own advice in the first place.

Your experience level is another matter altogether and also if you have done your home work or not. Once should at the least put in some research time before doing anything

Hey needto, got a question...
This is week 4 of my first cycle , 500mg test cyp per week
I'm on TRT.
So far everything is goin ok, I have arimidex, I have no signs of gyno.
I've been taking .5 of arimidex on the day of my shots wed and sat.
I've read in other replies that some feel on this type of cycle to not take an AI unless u see gyno symptoms.
Should I not be taking the AI just yet and wait, or continue to keep signs of gyno at bay?
Is it true taming the AI can hinder my gains? Or in my case will it be ok.
I was just worried that if I didn't take it, and suddenly got gyno symptoms, it might be too late for arimidex to fix it up
