tell me what you think of my workout??

Don't feel like typing alot right now, so I'll just give you some short pointers;

Don't run. Running 4 miles a day causes you to lose power and gain endurance. That is why you can do 80 pushups in 2 minutes but only bench 185. You will NEVER reach a 300 bench or a 300+ squat if you continue running 4 miles a day.

Order Starting Strength by Mike Rippetoe. Follow it to a T and you will see results.
 
Simply put if your going to run or need to run do it after your lift session never before. You want all your atp stores and energy to go to lifting and musscle sorness and whats left to go to fat burning.
