I was in a meeting today (big surprise) and my boss wrote notes on one of those giant pads of paper. He does that constantly. So we were prioritizing different employees rolls and responsibilities. Afterwards, he tore the giant paper off, gave it to me, and asked that I put it in a spreadsheet and distribute it so people know what they need to do...
