TCF-1 Activate Extreme Stack

Ok so today was Dr visit for shots and he made sure it as 400 mg. Instead of waiting another 4 weeks he has me coming in three, but I may be getting on the Testoprel Pellets that the nurse and he said his patients were pleased with these vrs the shots or any gels. Went to do Chest and Tri's afterwards and had a good routine. Finally got my bench over the 200 mark!!!! Tonight one pitch softball tournament!! Last one we got done at 3 am sat morning.
Chest:
Bench Press started off with going up to 195lbs 2 sets 8 reps with friend to spot. Did them with good pumps and he didn't have to touch the bar. last set added and did 205lb x 8 reps no assistance HELL YEAH!!!!
Incline DB Bench presses 50 lbs 8.8.8 wanted 55 but they were being used
peck deck 140 lbs x 10,10,10
Tri's:
seated db over press 50lb x 10 55lbs x 8. 8
machine dips: 125 lbs 10,10,10
rope pressdowns: warm ups 100lbs x 10 110lbs x 8,8
Feel good hopefully I can swing the bat tonight haha.
 
After getting home around 1 a.m. from softball tournament, I fell alseep around 4 this morning. Got up around 11 and headed to gym. Today was back day. I'm always looking for different ways to attack my back. I don't know what you call these, but I took the chin cable bar on the lat machine and pull them down to my chest instead of using the wide normal bar. Have to say felt good. I'm almost done with my stack. Def feeling good about breaking the 200lb mark on bench. Next stack is going to be Titanium, RS Phytoserms, APS yellow thunder, and creapure. Also getting things taking care of with the urologist.

chin bar lat pull downs 100 lbs x 8,8,8

behind-neck pulldowns: 100 lbs x 8.8,8

machine rows: 135 lbs x 10, 10, 165lbs x 8,8

DB rows: 45lbs 8,8,8​
 
Alight guys last log for this stack was leg day. I had to take some days off do to kids bb games, and and work due ot overtime for inventory. I normally take 1-2 days off during body parts, and shoot for 4-5 days training. However some things just happen. All in all this has been one heck of stack. I've seen my bench shoot back up over 200 lbs and not for max but for 8 solid reps with control. My leg strength is comming up as well as back. My next goal is to continue to build muscle but more so burn the fat off. I'm still struggling with losing actually bf. My next stack is with Titanium, Adamantium, either yellow thunder or white lightening from APS, Phytoserms, and a creatine product. However Phytoserms is out of stock so will have to find replacement.

Legs:

Squats: 165lbs x 8,8,8

leg presses: 3 plates each side x 8,8,8

seated leg ext: 85lb x 12, 100lb x 8,8,8

Trap Bar dead lifts: 140lbs x 8.8.8​
