TCF-1 Activate Extreme Stack

I will be stacking TCF-1, Erase, Activate Extreme, BCAA, DCP, and Slin Sane. Is there anything I'm missing to cover everything? I just ordered from Orbit Nutrition. I haven't tried the Phytoserms but hear it's really good.
 
Dude I keep hearing more and more about that stuff. I ordered my stuff off Orbit Nutrition and I saw it there as well. I guess I'm gonna have to try it too lol. Thanks. Yeah man I'm trying to lose weight while creating more Lean Muscle. I'm just finishing my APS log Stack over on AM, and AAF. Great stuff. I wan't to get my weight down another 15-20 lbs before trying a run of Test Cyp.
 
With TCF, ActX and Erase, you have your bases all covered, no need for phytoserms IMO. I'd run it later by itself, should be goo dman!

Agreed, all areas appear to be covered, unless you swapped the act. xtr. for phytoserms, but if you have the act. xtr. I'd roll with that
 
Yeah I already have all ready so I'll get the phytoserms for future stack one day. I'll start the stack Wed and log it. The forums help me push myself and stay disciplined. Thanks guys for all your help.
 
Thanks I just finished up my APS stack log. Since I just started back in the gym, I started off small. Even though I use to bench 350 at 21 years old, I know that I'm 30 now with still plenty of time to get back there. I went from 135lb 8 reps 3 sets to 185lbs in a month of the APS stack. Meso is no joke. I def will be getting more of it soon.

Great feedback man... muscle memory is an amazing thing, but you certainly got a great boost form the stack!

Yeah, I'm hopeing it will get re=stocked so I can get some. My order should be in soon for the stack, then I can log it. I have all bases covered, besides not doing a stim.
 
Thanks bro I on my way to order some as well. You know I'll be on Orbit, I am now Orbitized and will be for as long as possible. I'm waiting for my DCP and Slin Sane to come in.
 
Goodnight man!!!! Today I went in to do legs, and ended adding shoulders. There was only a handfull of people in there, and I went crazy. I had an insane thirst to lift lift and lift some more. I added trap bar deadlifts today, and yeah not much weight just to start off but will have to add def next time. I just did two plates but the 8 reps were to easy.

Legs:
leg presses warm ups 2 plates each side x 10 reps, 3 plates 2 sets 8,8 reps
squats 145lbs 8,8,8
trap bar dead lifts 2 plates 8,8,8,
leg ext 125lbs 10,10,10

Shoulders
standing laterial raises 25lbs db 8.8.8

I've added the DCP to the mix and in few days already can tell a major difference in body look. Today was back day and felt good through the workout and after. Def seen a notice in energy levels.

Plan on doing Tri's and Chest Saturday but went with Biceps instead. Will do Chest and tri's today. Didn't get up til 2 this afternoon!! But hell it was worth it coming home at 4 a.m. from wining my softball Torneyment which we played over 8 hours in the rain.
DB seated curls 35lbs 8, 40lbs x 8,8 Amazing for me to continue to add weight on these as athough geting size isn't that hard for me, bi's have always been my weaker body part. However I see that sticking with working out pays off , rather then off and on.
seated preacher curls e-z bar 65lbs 8,8,8 my forearms always feel a pump with these

Note: need to add something that will give my bi's a good cutt? Wanted to do high cable pulley's but there were 4 people on the only one in the gym!!!
 
Felt really good today, and can tell my over all feeling is slowly getting better each day. I have not noticed any side effects so far with any of the products. Today was chest and tri's!! i have switch to 6-8 tablets of DCP daily, but may have to drop in dose to perserve til more get's into stock!!

Chest: Bench Press 185 x 8 added 10lbs 195lb x 8,8 Def seeing the strength, didn't struggle on any of the sets. 200 here I come!!
DB Incline Bench presses 50lb x 8 55lbs x 8,8
Pek Deck- 137.5 x 10,8,8

Tri's: Rope press downs 70lb warm up x 12 90 lb x 10 100lbx x 8,8
skull crushers e-z bar 65lbs x 8,8,8
seated DB over head press 50lb 8,8,8
end of workout sauna body dips 2 sets 12 reps

Arms showing some def and size, if I can only get this stomach weight off. It's hell when you stay away from sweets, soda's, bread and still feel like it's taking forever to lose weight. Over all good workout.

Today was leg day! Felt tired but said I gots to do this man! I'm feeling the strength, but since I'm not doing any stims, I'm always feeling tired by afternoon.

Squats: added 30lbs up to 165lbs x 6,6,6,6,

Leg presses: added 90 lbs up to 408 lbs 8,8,8

Trap Bar Deadlifts: added 50 lbs total 155 lbs 8,8,8

Leg extensions: 95lbs 8,8,8
 
Ok so far I feel the muscle I'm building underneath this fat is getting tighter. I'm still playing around with my routines, trying to stick with basic moves, but changing it up from time to time. Today was shoulder day,well actually yesterday. Felt tired most of the day. Comming of stim's suck haha.

Seated db presses 45 lbs x 8 50lb x 8,8
seated machine presses: 90 lbs 8,8,8
behind-neck-presses: 80 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 8,8
seated over head front presses 115 lbs x 3 sets 6 reps then two sets 135lbs behind the neck raises 6,6 (first time doing either of these)

Will get some sleep and later today hit up biceps. Looking forward to busting them out. Still not loosing weight, although diet is still looking good, I have got to get more energy to boost my cardio. I'm looking into getting some clen.​
 
Today feeling much better then yesterday. Went in to hit the bi's!

Changed up from seated precher e-z curls to standing, noted much better on my arms and no pain like the seated version.

Standing ez bar curls: Up to 75 lbs 8,8,8, good control and less pain on the wrist

Seated alt db curls 35lbs 8,8,8

standing high pulley cable curls 60 lbs x 10,10,10

alt DB concentration curls 20 lbs 8,8,8

follwed up with 30 minutes treadmill

Over all feeling the increase in strength. Despite when doing db curls my right shoulder has been stinging. You can feel it popping but then it goes away. Will get my Orth to check it this week. Tomorrow will be back day.​

Ok so today was Dr visit for shots and he made sure it as 400 mg. Instead of waiting another 4 weeks he has me coming in three, but I may be getting on the Testoprel Pellets that the nurse and he said his patients were pleased with these vrs the shots or any gels. Went to do Chest and Tri's afterwards and had a good routine. Finally got my bench over the 200 mark!!!! Tonight one pitch softball tournament!! Last one we got done at 3 am sat morning.
Chest:
Bench Press started off with going up to 195lbs 2 sets 8 reps with friend to spot. Did them with good pumps and he didn't have to touch the bar. last set added and did 205lb x 8 reps no assistance HELL YEAH!!!!
Incline DB Bench presses 50 lbs 8.8.8 wanted 55 but they were being used
peck deck 140 lbs x 10,10,10
Tri's:
seated db over press 50lb x 10 55lbs x 8. 8
machine dips: 125 lbs 10,10,10
rope pressdowns: warm ups 100lbs x 10 110lbs x 8,8
Feel good hopefully I can swing the bat tonight haha.
 
After getting home around 1 a.m. from softball tournament, I fell alseep around 4 this morning. Got up around 11 and headed to gym. Today was back day. I'm always looking for different ways to attack my back. I don't know what you call these, but I took the chin cable bar on the lat machine and pull them down to my chest instead of using the wide normal bar. Have to say felt good. I'm almost done with my stack. Def feeling good about breaking the 200lb mark on bench. Next stack is going to be Titanium, RS Phytoserms, APS yellow thunder, and creapure. Also getting things taking care of with the urologist.

chin bar lat pull downs 100 lbs x 8,8,8

behind-neck pulldowns: 100 lbs x 8.8,8

machine rows: 135 lbs x 10, 10, 165lbs x 8,8

Alight guys last log for this stack was leg day. I had to take some days off do to kids bb games, and and work due ot overtime for inventory. I normally take 1-2 days off during body parts, and shoot for 4-5 days training. However some things just happen. All in all this has been one heck of stack. I've seen my bench shoot back up over 200 lbs and not for max but for 8 solid reps with control. My leg strength is comming up as well as back. My next goal is to continue to build muscle but more so burn the fat off. I'm still struggling with losing actually bf. My next stack is with Titanium, Adamantium, either yellow thunder or white lightening from APS, Phytoserms, and a creatine product. However Phytoserms is out of stock so will have to find replacement.

Legs:

Squats: 165lbs x 8,8,8

leg presses: 3 plates each side x 8,8,8

seated leg ext: 85lb x 12, 100lb x 8,8,8

Trap Bar dead lifts: 140lbs x 8.8.8​
