TBOL how often do I take

OK..

Taking 60mg/day...I have 20mg/ pills..Does it matter if I take them all at once or should I break it up throughout the day?

I'd split it into 3 times per day, with meals or grapefruit juice if possible.

tbol has an active life of about 16 hours.... so theoretically, you can take them all in one shot, say in the morning....or twice a day should be sufficient
