tattos and stretch marks

I have stretch marks at th delt/pec tie in area, and they keep growing down my arm....getting awfully close to my biceps. My question is I have a tattoo on my left bicep(arm band) so what the hell is going to happen to it once my stretch mark reaches it? Is it going to mess it up? Does anyone know or has anyone experienced this??
