A friend of mine, who is also an artist besides meathead, designed this awesome tribal piece when he benched 405 in competition the first time. It balanced out and had four marks on each side to represent the plates and some banding connecting them.

I'm a little older than most on the board.... lifting and fitness has changed my life me as a person......I also want the tat on my left sholder next to the 4" long scar form rotator cuff sugery I had 2 years ago.

When I'm old and can't lift like I can now I want a memory of this time of my life.

So anyone out their with some Ideas ??

Code...I hear Ya, Been kicken it around for about two years, Got the Idea after recovering form rotator cuff sugery. Back to the gym was a grind but also a passion, thats when I relized The fitness deal is a little more then a hobby for me......Its a lifestyle.
